I will never go to this McDonalds again. I went through the drive through this morning around 10:30 am . Handed my food and the bag reeked of a fragranced scented oil, lotion , perfume or cologne. It was overwhelming. So strong caused my throat to swell, arms to burn. Put the bag in back floor board still permeated my car Called spoke to manager super rude, no help. I noticed the older lady at window seemed to affect her also. I had to stop and throw my food in the closest trash can. Come home and air my car out. Keep the fragrances at home.
This McDonald's is the WORST! They have not fixed the way their mobile app works in over a month. They process your order to take your money, but don't give you the food. Also, they often close the doors and won't let you pick up the food inside even though that's how the app allows for that choice. Get corporate to fix your systems and refund me for products and service NOT render.
Wait for 13min for a curbside pickup order. No one shown up. Called and ask me to join the drive through line. Another 7min wasted.
Not the cleanest. Kids video screens are always filthy. Milkshake machine not working for about a month.
Cheeseburger was so burnt it looked like charcoal. You would think someone would have noticed putting a jet black burger on the bun.
Always a great value. I get there McDoubles but recently the price of the McDoubles has made me quite upset because of Brandon.
Waited a total of 30 minutes for an order I placed using the app ahead of arrival. While waiting in the curbside pickup spot for 15 minutes, I watched car after car going through the drive through and leaving with their food. So I left my curbside pickup spot and went into the drive through. When I got to the 2nd window, the boy told me they were working on orders for 20 people, they were understaffed and they were working on my order. I asked him which part of my order, but he walked off. He came back and told me to pull into the drive through waiting spot. I waited 10 minutes then decided to go in to get my food. I went in and my bag was clearly marked with my first name and curbside spot number, and was sitting all alone. Apparently, they were waiting on the cookies I ordered. If I'd known that 30 minutes before, I would have told them to forget the cookies. I waited another 5 minutes before they finally gave me my order. Got home with it to discover that the burgers were not only lukewarm, but the beef patties were not cooked all the way through. On the bright side, the fries were hot and fresh because they put those in right before they handed everything off to me. That will be the last trip to that McDonald's.
Terrible customer service I simply have a code ready and he says “what” as if the QR Code is nothing. I ask nicely giving the gentlemen another chance and ask where do I scan simply responds me with what is it. Absolutely terrible as if they just hire anyone with no training at all. I come here nearly 2 times a week for breakfast and now I’m never coming here again.
Got the order correct and it was hot. Cant ask for much more from McDonald's.
Soggy fries. First time visiting this location. Fast and friendly service. Just not down with soggy fries. Taste flash fried. ? No receipt offered and only 3 napkins for 7 items.
