For everyone talking down on this McDonald’s it’s really stressful to work there. Never enough staff bad management and poor communication. Higher positions talk to crew members like there a piece of sh*t. And everyone had there favorites. Y’all would have employees to bring y’all a curbside order in a blizzard, rain, sleet and snow and want it out in 5 minutes. Stop being lazy and come get your order. Nobody wants to be rude to costumers but this location doesn’t have the right organization it needs which can be frustrating. Costumers think their entitled to talk and treat you any kind of way which is heartbreaking but wee just supposed to let you all because “customer is always right”. Most of the time when something is wrong with y’all’s orders it’s because we’re busy. Lobby is never open because we never have enough staff to do DoorDash, curbside, lobby, and drive thru. Just be considerate of others sometimes!
Slow service and then the food was crazy... the Big Mac was not put together properly, unbelievable. Went in for them to fix it and they prepared it the same way!!! (Picture)Second issue was Oreo McCurry. When we got through the ice cream, found Half the cup filled with crushed Oreos at the bottom! Wasted money but NEVER AGAIN! NEVER!
First time visit. Last time visit. Walking in floors are littered with empty straw wrappers, spilled beverages left on the soda fountain counters & napkin dispensers empty...bad signs. Ordered our meals to be made fresh...wasn't made fresh & full of ketchup. So much so that it ran on the outside of the sandwich. Was my first meal of the day at 4p. Not complaining..just noting observations. Didn't complain there either, just won't return. Happy fast food ordering folks✌️
Why is it so difficult for employees to provide customers with the condiments and extras they ASK for? Why is it I literally never get the correct condiments, and it really does ruin the meal. Now I have a biscuit I have to eat dry because all they gave me was syrup for a meal that doesn't even have pancakes to require the syrup. I know for a fact those screens prompt the bagger on what condiments to include because I used to work there. Is it really that hard to make sure you include jam and butter with an order? Ugh. Thanks for the DRY ARSE biscuit!
This used to be a good McDonald’s. I don’t know what happened. We have tried several times to go back to this McDonald’s but it’s a total waste of time. They are slow, rude, impatient, and just don’t care about the customers. The last time we went was about a week ago just to get a shamrock shake. That’s it. The guy who took the order couldn’t even speak full words like the word yes. We pull up to pay. No hi or anything. Just complete ignorance. Then we pull up to the next window to get the shake. The lady said the machine was down for a shamrock is a Oreo one okay? I said no thank you please just give the money back. Both girls rolled their eyes at us and closed the window. She then opens the window and hands me my shamrock shake. White with the green syrup at the bottom (maybe a tab stirred) you could obviously see it’s not a good shake. I said to her so is it working now? Is this good? She SHOOK her head at me and closed the window. Did not say one freaking word to us! It was horrible! I tried and took a sip of syrup.. I tossed the whole thing out. Every time I try and give them another chance it gets worse and worse. Take the extra 5 mins and go up to sliding hill!! They were so friendly we literally wanted to tip them it was so fast and everyone who we spoke with was pleasant, humble, and cared to serve.Don’t Go To This One!
This has to be the worst Mcdonalds I’ve been to. The employees are all young and don’t care who’s listening to there conversation lots of cursing and throwing food around smh. Fries where on the floor and the establishment look very dirty I’m glad I walked in if you going thru the drive thru you would never know what it looks like and how they act no respect for them selves let alone the customers nor the establishment. Go some where els you’ll thank me later!!!
Guess they was mad I was waiting for lunch for my co workers and I because this three months pregnant chick got served a raw quarter pounder smh that's right raw RAAWWWWW smh couldn't go back because I had a table (I'm a waitress) and didn't feel like calling because it was nothing but kids working. CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE LEAVING all a girl wanted was a quarter pounder guess I'ma stick to my chick fil a
Do not go to this McDonalds. We have been waiting for 20 minutes to get a order. I spoke with a representative and all she could say is they’re working on it.
This location seems to have constant broken machines. It's always a hit or miss if I can get my smoothie. Also the fries are always soggy. The nuggets seem to always be dry and stale no matter what time you go there lately. But last night I ordered a McChicken and guess what? It came with KETCHUP. A McChicken is supposed to have lettuce and mayo. It had only ketchup, nothing else. Did y'all not train the staff to know how to make food and what ingredients go to what??? Y'all literally have one job and then you want to get paid more than minimum wage? No thanks. Rather go to Wendy's, their fries are always crispy never soggy, nuggets taste fresh. Take your money elsewhere, don't think I'll eat McDonald's anymore
These are supposed to be quarter pounders w/ cheese. The employees are slow, very underwhelming in the customer service side of things, and also don't even care to get an order correct. One of the employees lied and said they couldn't take orders at the register (because there was no cash drawer in the register) and that I had to use the kiosk. This is of course after I parked and went in because apparently taking drive through orders is optional to this group of employees. Okay no problem. Get home, and this is what I had in my bag. Patience and understanding, gets you garbage and disappointment; appreciate the $9 lesson you jerks. I do however love the Wendy's across the street from them, great service/food and they employ those with special needs!
