Very busy place at lunch time - but still managed to get a quarter pounder that was barely warm enough to wilt the cheese ! Very poorly run .
I went to this McDonald's today. I took my 3 and 5 year old because they needed to get out some energy and the playplace usually fits the bill.
Kids will enjoy this Play Place..
Stopped here with hubby and grandchildren and was shocked with how dirty the place is, plus really really slow service! This is a Play Place, and everything was dirty to a point where I was concerned with germs. Quite surprising due to location near upscale shopping. Sign advertised free treat if children colored a picture - no crayons anywhere- really? We will not return.

Listen to your customers when they are speaking to you. When a customer is inconvenienced because of something on your end you should give them some sort of compensation for the time spent and the money they may have lost.
