Good food. The Ribeye Steak was spectacular.I order the strawberry salad with chicken and I personally felt the dressing too sweet, yet the salad was really good in general.The bread they serve is extremely good.The waitress was kind of in a rush and we felt she was a little rude, even though there was not a lot of people at the place.The place has a good environment.
This is acually for the longhorn that's on Laburnum Avenue that's in White Oaks Shopping Center. Not only was the wait ridiculous but they didn't have any more silver ware wrapped so they bought us plastic forks and spoons and knife. When the food got to us it was cold and it was not cook the way we asked. They made it right but it took a long time for anyone to come to the table to check on us so that we could show them that our food which was barely lukewarm but mainly cold and I constantly ran out of drink in which i had to flag people down to get more. The floor underneath the table and the floor in general in the restaurant was just dirty. There was food and straw papers all over the floors. The restaurant was packed and they didn't have enough staff to accommodate and just about every table was occupied. They had three parties going on with multiple people where most of the people were angry because they had to wait for very long periods of time to get any service. A woman claimed that she left her credit card on the table and after she left when they couldn't find her credit card the two managers and two of the workers were talking about her and laughing about her very loudly. To be honest the woman wasn't being honest about how long she had been gone which was almost an hour before she came back yelling about her credit card and she wasnt the last person the leave the VERY LOUD table. In all the food was good once they made it right but the service was not good because the poor waitress was overworked. For the money that you have to pay to eat here the service should have been a whole lot better.
We stopped here for lunch. My boyfriend & I ordered an appetizer & lunch all at the same time. The appetizer came fairly quickly, however we waited about 45 minutes for our lunch to come out & that was only after asking what was taking so long as the restaurant wasn’t busy. When the manager gave us our food, we asked what took so long, his reply was it needed to be cooked. Chicken does NOT take 45 minutes to cook. Needless to say, our food was cold. I think it had something more to do with our waitress talking to a couple sitting at the bar. We asked for to go boxes & left. Don’t bother going here. The staff could care less if you have a good experience or not. OH & we also wanted to take our leftover shrimp appetizer home. NOPE, waitress threw it away.
Our waitress Wesley was rude. When we asked for the desert menu she rolled her eyes and shook her head. The food made my stomach and my families stomach hurt. The Brussel sprouts were burnt and discusting.
One of the prettiest LongHorn Steakhouses I’ve ever been in. The steak sandwich bread I had was soggy so wasn’t a fan of the item I chose. With super-inflation going on I haven’t a clue about pricing.Service was excellent!!! Our waiter apologized for the wait on our food but it arrived much faster than we’d anticipated. If this place was understaffed we couldn’t tell. The entire restaurant was full, every table, not like other places where they only have a few sections open.Steaks were too high for my taste but they could be normal in comparison to other restaurants.
The hosts at this restaurant are just the sweetest kids. I have never been to a restaurant with teenager hosts that are so caring and ready to do anything they can to make your experience they best they can. One of the host even had to bring our drinks out because apparently the server was a little behind but she apologized for it and then we asked what the hosts name and she said it was “Jordan”. She was so nice and caring and really made our experience great.
Steak medium rare, actually was.Mashed potatoes kinda plain but good.Lunch burger, fries, and french onion soup top tier. Same with lunch chicken sandwich.Texas Tonion glorious. Service good restrooms good.
The wait was well worth it. Food was hot fresh and tasted great. But I have to say our waitress was amazing! We were a party of 8 she handle everything with grace. Jenna was very polite, courteous, and on point with bring food and drinks. Never over welming came back as needed. Thank you Jenna for making our visit at your restaurant very memorable.
My wife just got home with a pick up order, wings and soup. The soup was $6.00 (x2) and both cups were less then half full. We have eaten at Longhorns many times and we love the potato soup. So from now on, sadly, we will have to check the order because I feel $12.00 for 2 or 3 oz bowls of soup is outrageous.
I wish I had taken a photo. I don't know what meat they're serving as steaks but it tasted and looked like the lowest quality of meat. Six of us ordered steaks and they all came out with the same dissatisfaction. I have been eating at Longhorn for years and have never been so disappointed with the steaks. The service wasn't much better. I will not be returning for quite some time if at all.
