I ordered the Chicken & Waffles with the French Toast and both meals were delicious. Our server (forgot her name) had incredible customer service and was super kind! :)I will definitely return to this place sometime in the future.
This is the most efficient IHOP I've been in in recent memory.Even during the Sunday rush, they were only running a 20 minute wait.The food was quickly served and tasty.And our server was speedy and kind.
This is definitely a good IHOP. Very well run with friendly staff. Service was excellent and food was great. The breakfast was hot and served promptly.

15FEB22 My first visit to this location and I must say I am VERY IMPRESSED!!!!???? Valeria, the Hostess, was really friendly, and Valeria is also my Granddaughters name. I hit the "jackpot" this morning with "ALL YOU CAN EAT PANCAKES"!!! I may be here a while. ?????? My server was Jessica and she was AWESOME!!!??? She kept the pancakes coming and they were PERFECTLY DELICIOUS!!!!?????
The waitress was very nice and the food was delicious. Didn't have to wait long for our food. Experience with the restaurant was awesome.
The pancakes were great but the location did not want to honor the deal advertised on TV. I doubt I will be back anytime soon. Instead of being straight up and saying they don't participate management tried to say the deal didn't exist. Then they back tracked when shown! I commend the waitress we had though. She was awesome and extremely patient. She should be the manager!
As for many people, this is one of our go-to breakfast places. Today, both the food and service were super. I noticed the staff throughout the restaurant interacting with customers in a very personable manner like they were genuinely glad they were there. That goes a long way when it comes to having a good dining experience. As for the food, what's not to like? Today, everything was well prepared and came out in a timely manner. IHOP kitchen crew was definitely on the ball today.
The Waitress Was Awesome and Very Efficient! The Food Came Right Out, but My Eggs were a Little Runny and U asked for softly scrambled and My Hash Browns were too crunchy, a little over cooked! Other than That I enjoyed it ☺️
