If you order the same item as someone else in your party, please make sure they write the different items on the bag and not on the clear plastic lid. We have twice now gotten orders confused when we order something similar and it's written on the clear plastic lid but you can barely read it because they write it in light green and two times now I have gotten halfway through my husband's dinner only to realize it wasmine because they're similar but he gets meat sauce and I don't but since they don't put a lot of meat in there, I can't really tell, but my husband gets furious. So please make sure they are appropriately marking the bag and not the clear plastic lid. Their writing is illegible. The only thing I could make out was an M, so I thought it meant meat sauce, when it meant marinara.Today I had to go in there a second time and get my husbands meat sauce spaghetti, because once again I got almost all the way through his, not realizing it was his. So when I went back in to get a meat sauce spaghetti again, I complained and they didn't seem to care. They didn't apologize and they still charged me a second time. We will never go back there and we were really good customers.Thank you for reading.
Not happy today.First New pricing... ended up paying 15.00 for "child" size baked spaghetti and salad.Kind of highAnd now,noticed sign on the door that you now need to pay an extra 3.5% if you pay by credit card.That is making this my last trip here.Back in the 80's gas stations were doing this too and it didn't work out.Restaurants pay a percentage to the CC companies to make customers come in and enjoy the ease of not carrying cash.Now they want to push it back on us.Any place that adds a credit charge to me loses me as a customer.Secondly,I stopped ordering a meatball on my spaghetti as they were usually way to full of bread filler and dry...I had said something a couple of times but it didn't change.Today I thought to try a sausage. Got a"half" sausage on my dish that was pretty old and one side was just hard, must just be sitting around. Never again.The girl was nice. Service excellent and salad good.But I'm sorry. Not going back if the credit charge remains.
online ordering service directs you to a Virginia Beach location without you knowing so you won't get your order unless you'd like to drive 2 hours! They were shockingly rude and unhelpful considering it's the online ordering system they use! refused to make the pizzas and just offered a helpline number. never eating here again!
We walked in at 3pm on a Saturday, there wasn't a customer in the place. We ordered our food (appetizer bread sticks, steak and cheese, and a cheeseburger) as soon as we sat down as we already knew what we wanted. 5 minutes passes and another couple comes in. 5-10 minutes later they get their food. 10 more minutes and they are done eating and our appetizer (bread sticks) are not even out yet. We go to counter and ask how long until we get our food because we have a hungry 9 year old with us. And they said they are about to put the bread in the oven and they haven't made the burger or the cheese steak yet. The time is 3:40. So what were they doing for 40 minutes?? We left and will never return.
Large group of 20. Store was already busy. They did their best to accommodate us. Service was slow. No poor grade for that. Food 3 out of 5.
Basic 'Mom & Pop/Family' Latino run Italian-American in a strip mall. Cheesesteak (as a lunch special, unfortunately in styrofoam) was adequate, no grilled onions and peppers (which is a standard for me) and made with very fine shaved but tasty beef on a good sub roll. Fries were a standout: a generous portion of perfectly cooked and seasoned crinkle cuts. Thank You Gino! -far too many operations are putting out average, unseasoned Fries.
I get a lot of to-go food from here and I love it! Its yummy and well made, and the staff has always been super nice to me! Would definitely eat here again!
Looking for pizza and beer after helping family pack up their home to move out of state. This seems to be the only place in the area we could find! Excellent choice, delicious pizza by the slice, able to get a pitcher of beer, mozzarella sticks and sauce were good, so were the cannoli. Service was friendly, seemed a bit slow, but they were pretty busy with takeout/delivery. They did have a now hiring sign on the door, too. It took us a few years to try this place, wish we had discovered it sooner!
Great service and great food. Will be back next week for sure.
BEST. PIZZA. EVER!!! I've had NY pizzas, and I swear, I lucked out having found out how GOOD the pizza is at this place! I'm singing their praises! Please, if you have a mouth that works and like pizza, try a slice for yourself. Every bite is just MWAH!
