I just have to say: I just moved to the neighborhood and after visits to various restaurants in the area, I’ve been pretty disappointed. Tonight I went to Tropical Smoothie where they told me they couldn’t make my smoothie because they didn’t have a working blender, they couldn’t make my Buffalo chicken wrap, and then they wouldn’t give me my money back. They straight up tried to rob me, and were blatant and rude about it. Very rude. So I said, “Ya know what? Ima go to Five Guys.” I walk in, I’m immediately greeted with a pleasant, respectful, and helpful attitude and smile. I felt welcomed, they made my food to order and put it in my hands and thanked me and told me to have a good evening. Things that are as simple as pleasant and friendly customer service go a long way, and reflect how a business SHOULD be ran! Shout out to the employees and managers of the VC Five Guys for being one of the few restaurants in the neighborhood doing things right! Y’all run a tight ship and I thank you for making my dinner tonight!
Very nice inside but they've messed up many of my orders. But the biggest problem is how much they charge. I understand inflation, but $40 for 2 burgers and some fries??
Shout out to the team that was working the afternoon on Saturday 2/5/22. The Howard Community College (MD) mens lacrosse team with 40 players showed up at around 3p for a post game meal and they handled the order perfectly. Everyone got the food they ordered and enjoyed a hot burger & fries. The 5 Guys team leader was fantastic, she had the staff well organized and the process went smoothly. She and the staff were enthusiastic and were joking around with the guys while still moving the bags. bags
This location has had crazy confusing hours and I've had the wrestle to get a refund for an order they didn't deliver because they were closed during normal opening hours. No this was not during the snow storms......get it together 5 Guys cause I love your food.
This is hands down BEST Five Guys ever...lunch today tasted amazing, and the staff are super attentive and super friendly. Keep up the good work!
If I could give 100 stars I would! The food was absolutely amazing!! Freshly made to order! Smiling faces! Happy people!! So much positive energy that I had to call the manager to tell him how they turned my horrible week into the start of a very pleasant weekend! I will definitely be returning!! Thank you FiveGuys!! The food and service was good. The building was clean, and staff friendly.
Way too expensive for what you get. We got three mini burgers 2 with bacon a regular fry and a drink costed more then going to Texas Roadhouse and getting three dinners the next day. We now each time we eat out we compare the quality and the volume of food against the cost of yours.If I come back it will only be for a order of fries.
I paid over 12 dollars for just a burger, nothing else. That also includes a tip of a little over a dollar. It's a bit expensive. I can imagine if I had ordered fries and a drink it could easily have cost over 15 dollars for lunch. That's fine, but I feel like they chinse you on the burger size. For over ten bucks, they should feed you a little bit better. Those burgers are a little small. Also, the meat is high quality but the buns are awful white bread junk. It's like eating Wonder bread. Yuck. They should have better options like whole wheat buns or brioche.
