My husband stopped at the Virginia Center Commons location to grab dinner. The order was placed and correct however, the food was old. Once we arrived home to eat, we opened the boxes and the subs looked dark. We assumed it was just a little burnt, but still attempted to eat the sandwiches. After bitting into the meat, we both immediately spit it out. The sauce and inside the meatballs were black and dripping with grease. They must have been cooked and recooked SEVERAL times.I called and spoke to the manager (Brian) and shared with him our dissatisfaction for our dinner. He shared that sticker must’ve been incorrect and the meatballs could have been older than 3- days old (YIKES)! He offered to make fresh sandwiches tomorrow but I would prefer not and to just receive a full refund.
Branden is an outstanding employee! I was greeted on arrival, order was taken promptly and repeated to me for accuracy, options were offered, and a free drink survey was also conveyed to me; and the food was made correctly. This store has really turned around since they hired Branden, it's running smoother than ever before. Corporate had better take notice of this excellent young man!
First time visit today — ordered ahead online, order was ready & waiting for me when I got there!Was greeted upon arrival, food was made correctly. Jamaican Jerk Turkey was DELICIOUS! Only small gripe was my cookie was broken up, but still — everything tasted fine.I will be back!! ?
Only 2 employees for dinner rush, long wait, food was good but $45 for 2 combos and a half hr wait. Not worth it.
First time visiting this place and the atmosphere was wonderful. I will visit this place again the next time I'm in the area

We tried this location for the first time today and were very disappointed. It was dirty, it took a long time to make the food, and our order was incorrect even though it wasn't busy (there was no one else ordering or picking up food while we were there). The tables looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a while (caked on lettuce and random gooey spots). It was so dirty we left to eat at home but found out the order was incorrect.
