Was good. But they forgot my pickle spear. & my partner asked for EXTRA hot sauce, and didn't get any at all.
Graham, DeVon, O'shea were awesome!! I can definitely appreciate each of them taking their time and double backing making sure my order was accurate.

Usually the sandwiches are perfect, even when the store is very busy. Today, though, it wasn't that busy, but the food and service were definitely not up to par. I got home to find no pickle. I had ordered the steak and cheese and was surprised to find NO cheese. I can't be sure, but I don't think there was any mayo as well. I sure didn't taste any. I had also asked for my sandwich to be cut in half, but that wasn't done either. It looked like the sandwich was just carelessly thrown together. I should have realized that something was different since it usually takes a while to get my order. I never minded that because the employees took such care in making sure the order was prepared perfectly. Not today! I think they were trying to see how fast they could go. It is very disappointing when you're so used to good food and service. I hope I just visited on a bad day because this is not what I've ever experienced at this store ... and it's the first time I was sorry I left a tip!
Really like Firehouse subs in general but the shop is top notch!
This place used to be good but not anymore. I've tried coming here in recent months snd they are almost always closed including today.
I was here today trying to buy lunch didn’t even get greeting everybody looking as if they seen ghost ! When I decided to leave that’s when worker greeted another customer! I felt very disrespected ….very chauvinist! They rather lose money !
Ordered lunch for an office meeting and everything was great! All of our special requests were met, the staff was super sweet and it was ready right on time. When I went to pick it up the store looked super clean and it only took a couple minutes to get checked out and back on the road. We will definitely be ordering lunch from here again!
When I went inside the lady who was making the sandwiches was rude. Then I went to the cashier and her customer service was slightly better. Then later around when my food was almost ready a man came on the sandwich line and his demeanor wasn’t much better. I got my sandwich after praying immensely while they made it because they just didn’t seem on the up and up AT ALL… Then, when I got home I bit into my sandwich to find a rubber band in it… I’m sure others had great experiences but this was horrible… You can’t make this ish up smh & it’s embarrassing because I’m black and their black. PLEASE show love y’all even if it gets stressful… it’s called fast food. Customers deserve great service and fast food not just fast food. PLEASE WATCH THEM MAKE Y’ALL FOOD for all of those who are tall, and shorties get someone tall to watch them make your food for you. This would be no stars if this wasn’t free and if they hadn’t at least attempted to try a little harder in customer service towards the end..
Most of the people were new. Came in for lunch with 5 guys. All of our subs were thrown together without care. Had a ball of steak in my steak and cheese and almost half a whole onion. We support first responders and love firehouse but this location needs a few months.
