I worked here for about- a week. I was a Dunkin rehire as I had been with the company for a year. I thought it was gonna go well! Friendly staff, friendly district manager, general manager, etc. Turns out that I hated the atmosphere. Super cliquey environment and I tried getting to know people, but it’s like they judged me for literally everything I said and did hindsight. It was like I was walking on eggshells, especially around the assistant manager, Dwayne. He was kinda two faced and it showed. They didn’t let me show my skills either. They kept me at register forever and it ticked me off so bad. I wanted to make drinks as I KNEW that was my strongest skill. It was all super frustrating and I felt like it was impossible to show my potential in knowing Dunkin like the back of my hand. I felt like I was being held back and restrained from going at the pace that I was already ready to go at. Yes, I was warming up to a completely different district, different store rules, etc. I was anticipating on becoming a night shift lead as I was a shift lead in the past for the company, unfortunately I just disliked the atmosphere. :/ I was interested in working for corporate for dunkin, but decided to bail and switched to Starbucks in northern Va as a supervisor. Much better company. Anyways, I hope things are going super smooth at this location and I wish the best <3
I ordered an iced coffee this morning and almost swallowed a piece of PAPER TOWEL inside of my drink. This is unacceptable, and the workers need to be careful in paying attention to what may be inside of these cups BEFORE making drinks being served to customers.
Excellent place delicious food same as other DD places, visited over weekend found little delay in the service. Must try chocolate croissant and mini bagels.
Ordered 4 donuts and all 4 were stale. Drove almost 3 miles back to the location and returned them for a refund. The manager simply processed the transaction without an apology. I won’t return to this location. Ever.
The donuts were really fresh. Two days after buying a dozen, they are still soft! The service was fast and friendly. They greeted us as soon as we got into the store, telling us they will get with us shortly.
The drive thru line was long ?. The coffee was okay, but I couldn't really taste the Hazelnut I paid for?. The old fashioned donuts were great though?. Nice and fluffy inside ?.
Didn't listen very well. Asked for Carmel topping and light ice. Didn't receive either.
When I went they were only doing drive thru, but they were efficient and kind this morning. Quick and excellent service, and the coffee I ordered was better than the Dunkin’ I had yesterday from a different location.
Always good coffee and food. Like any other Dunkin.
DO NOT USE MOBILE ORDERING HERE! the drive through is too long for them they shut the dining room down so you can’t walk in and pick up your food. They’ve done this 3 times since I’ve been coming here for the past two months. It’s absolutely ridiculous to do this to people who order ahead 30+ minutes using the app. Which is what I do since I work close by. I then have to sit in line at the drive through for an additional 30 minutes and be late to my job because they aren’t equip to handle the drive through. Definitely don’t try to “run” on Dunkin’ with this location. You will only be frustrated and late for work. If you’re going to do this every time the line gets too long SHUT OFF MOBILE ORDERING. You are legitimately wasting people’s time.
