You can’t even say the service is horrible because they don’t actually serve you.Ordered, never reached anyone when they food didn’t arrive because they never answer their phone, and then order just cancelled itself 3 hours later. Fascinating way to run a business but I guess it works for them.
The person who takes order is very nice and greet well. He make sure to give updates on the order status . I have received my order on time always. Love there app and deals.. overall they have perfect pizza and cake
they don't ever answer the phone, they make it harder to order pizza. instead of just calling and ordering by phone, Domino's want you to order online, customers have to do all the work by going online, creating account,. it takes too long to order online , instead of just using touching the saved number on your phone and telling them what you want. online is slow takes more times 15 minutes , and you can make your own pizza at home in 20 minutes or call papa jones they take order over the phone.
This was a great experience since being in Richmond. Usually something is wrong with my order or the quality isn’t great for the items but this location was some of the best pizza I’ve had in a long time! Also. The gentleman at the front was wonderful and quick to help me. Very kind and enjoy the experience.
Ordered Friday December 17th for delivery. The pizza was late and terrible! Nearly raw and not edible. Threw the pizza away and took the family out for dinner Nothing like having to pay for dinner twice. Clearly the worst pizza of my life. Will NEVER order from Dominos again ever In my opinion they should close this store
3 hours to get delivery one order 10min far from the location? Really? Terrible experience. No response call no response at all. If it was possible I would give 0 star!!
Waited over on an hour for a carry out order that was not ready upon arrival (30 minutes after my order was placed)and was told it would be another 30 minutes before it would be ready
Always fucks up the order
This is the most destitute service that I have experienced at "Any" Dominos franchise location. The order was wrong and extremely later than I was told that it would be ready. The Dominos representative with green hair came to my vehicle with a squalid attitude and the "Worst" customer service ever. He would not listen to me, he over talked me and cut me off. He said, " We are short staffed, talk to Corporate or the Gm Emily." My children were very disappointed and me as well.
I love your pizza but your store performance is horrible. The last two orders took over 1 1/2 hours to arrive…and the food was cold. No more. I’ll call Papa John’s next time.
