The service was terrible. Me and my family went there to have a family dinner. The service was not the best. My family reserved a table so that we would not have to wait, but we ended still having to wait for at least an hour. It took almost an hour to get our food and drinks. It took my cousin almost 1 hour to get his food. It shouldn’t have taken that long. Then our server lost my credit card and tried to give me another check claiming that I didn’t pay for my meal when I had already gave her my check and card. All in all, my kids like the games but the service could have been way better
Great food! Great service! Fun games! The place is clean and the staff is some of the friendliest. This is a go to for family get togethers.
Fun location. Prices and availability of things are the same as any location. Friendly staff at location. In terms of parking, there is both street parking and a public parking complex less than a block from it. All free parking, by the way. The food is basically like bar food/apps, but it is pretty decent. Drinks are great. I’d definitely go back to this location!
The food was great and so was the service. We came for the kids but as an adult, I was more enthused about the food and games. And when you see the pics, you'll see why. We got a few apps and a salad , plus 2 kids meal and we spent about $107. - that's NOT, including the game card.I have absolutely nothing to complain about. The size of the Bavarian pretzel is huge. This thing will feed a out 4 people or more. The Cobb salad was quite large. And the nachos....Lord they feed 3 people easily! ( Sorry only half shown in pic...I was super hungry)Don't let pricing scare you away. It's a nice outing for couples to act like kids ....as well as bringing your own kids.

Games are great. Don't try to eat or get a drink there because it's not happening. Waited 20 minutes to get drinks and when they did not come we just decided to play games and go somewhere else to eat. On a side note the 3 employees sitting at the first table got their food and drinks. This location was not busy or under staffed. Best selection of arcade games in town. Use it for that.
Food was delicious games all worked aside from 2 only thing was you need a lot of credits to get any of the prizes at the end. But we will definitely be back!
So I went for my 4yr old birthday. They enjoyed the food and drinks. The atmosphere was ok. Service was splendid. Getting the kids out of the door was a different task. On the ride home they're asking when can we go back.
I'm so disappointed in Dave and Busters. I come here every year to celebrate my birthday but everything has change so much. The price of the food is outrageous and the cut the menu down by a third! I got a steak, mac and cheese, mash potatos and a side salad (my usual). The salad came out and it was only romaine lettuce (with mostly stems) and tomatos. The mac and cheese was craft mac and cheese from a box. I order medium for the steak and it came out practically still moo-ing. I will still come here for the games but the food is not great!
Party of 15 Wait was really long the waiter that took the order was getting off he said to pay and he would put the order in before he leaves. Waited no order. After over an hour everyone that recieved their food ate and was ready to go, still never recieved the last order told another waiter he helped place the order said our waiter left.
