Since my previous post was deleted. Here this goes again. Along with a talk to corporate about this now. "If I could leave 0 stars I would. I GOT WRONG ORDER, plus OVERCHARGED, On top of that, food was burnt, PLUS "Manager Kirsten" was rude and disinterested in taking my order. Seems as though management does not care about their customers. This was my favorite location until now. Poor management staff, VERY DISSAPPOINTED"
First timer at Cookout, tasty burger and fries. Clean, fast and accurate. Looking forward to return.
Just like all of the other locations except : it’s Short Pump.. so it’s just a bit faster , friendlier and efficient.
Terrible!!!I ordered a DOUBLE CHOCOLATE SHACK, I got ONE DROP OF CHOCOLATE IN IT!!!Fire everybody and start over!!!Another failure with a restaurant!!!Sad world we live in!!!I only ordered 2 bbq sandwiches & DOUBLE CHOCOLATE SHACK!!!
Food is always on point and the milkshakes are good also like the variety of choices they give you

Food is always delicious and speedy. Always a great place to get a late bite to eat after work when everything else is usually closed.
It's cookout all food taste the same kinda bland but service is fast, shakes an cheesecake are always great
Relatively quick service given the length of the line. Food is always hot, and the Tray is a great value (especially with the milkshake thrown in).
Found a long hair inside the burger! Disgusting!!! The takeout order was on 1/9/22 17:11pm. Tomato were missing.
