I applaud the team that closed tonight (4/16/22)!! They were packed at closing time, but they hammered out the orders with a mood that felt like grand opening!! Their mood was contagious, and they somehow made me feel good for waiting 30-minutes for a milkshake!! Bonus, it was freaking delicious! Berry Berry Good ?
The employee that served us today was wonderful! He was helpful and great with our kinds and very professional. He made our ice cream stop even better!

My visits here are normally great with the manager and owner being awesome. However, it seemed like my request for how I wanted my milkshakes would sometimes be ignored by some workers. And my last visit the young lady gave me a dirty look when I stated I wanted to stand where I was and observe the young man making it, to make sure he was making it how I asked.
Waffle cone didn’t seem like it was made today and most of the chocolate looked like it had been sitting for a while and not fresh at all.
Super busy but the staff was handling it well! Friendly motivated very up beat vibe amongst them despite having a never ending line. Will be back!

I have been purchasing birthday cakes from Cold Stone for years. At least 4x a year I buy a ice cream cake and they are yummy for your tummy. They will customize it to your liking. I actually purchased this raspberry cheesecake ice cream cake that my famThere is a lady that has worked there for some time name Alisa ; this lady soooo kind to all that walk through the door. She makes you feel really welcomed upon entering.the store.
