After a full 12 hour day of travel, I ordered my wife food, something familiar, so that she could prepare for her new job. The food arrived via DoorDash in a torn bag, chips are stale, with a burrito bowl that was missing items that we paid for, ice cold by the way, with no utensils, no napkins, a couple of shreds of steak pieces, the white rice was just that, not seasoned like advertised, of which we paid $40+ using a delivery service. This is poor service and it merits a full refund from all parties. Rubbish.

This was my first time coming to this specific chipotle. The staff was upbeat and personable, the cleanliness the restaurant was remarkable from out the parking lot to the area surrounding the building to the interior of the restaurant. The food was absolutely amazing. It was the hands down best tasting food i have ever got at a Chipotle EVER!

put my order in 2 hours before closing, waited over half an hour after arriving to pick up my order because I felt for the staff who looked busy and figured they'd come through soon enough, ultimately just got berated by an employee for "ordering too late" and then he instructed me to get a refund by calling their corporate number. If you aren't going to cook anymore food 2 hours before the close time maybe don't take anymore online orders?

This was probably the worst experience I’ve ever had at an establishment. Who ever the manager was on duty was soooo rude to the staff especially one woman in particular who was new to the team. She made one mistake an he kept insulting her and then proceeded to laugh at her. When I asked a question about my order he gave me a rushed response as if he just wanted to get me out of there and then he insulted me when I couldn’t get my card to read through the pen pad. He should be fired. I’ve never felt so bad for someone just trying to do their job but they are being humiliated. It was an uncomfortable experience and I will never return to this location. If these are the type of people you have managing your establishment you definitely need to do better. The food was also horrible and a complete mess.

I felt completely rushed out of there I understand it was closing but there was nothing that you could ask for that they had everything was out all the drinks were already getting put away there’s still a lot of customers going in the store so if there still customers going in the store you don’t shut it down and tell everybody we don’t have this or we don’t have that well guess what I just took a long seven hour flight and drove three hours and all I wanted was some chipotle and nothing was fresh and everything was completely out I didn’t even get what I wanted the picture says it all I recommend you never go to the Chipotle find a different one near you

This was my 2nd time in a Chipotle restaurant...the server was courteous and helpful. They were out of sour cream?, but overall good experience.

Ordered a burrito bowl with steak and chicken online. Came 10 minutes after the time it was supposed to be ready and it still wasn’t ready. Then when they brought my order they literally only put chicken and steak in the bowl.

Convenient location where I have eaten lunch for weeks at a stretch. I place my orders in the app, then come and pick it up from the to-go shelf. So far the system has worked great, no delays, and my food is always fresh.Granted, this location has experienced some supply chain issues in recent months. Today was the first time that sofritas, beans, and queso were available in the app (I was very sad before now -- sofritas are my favorite, and no beans?!). That's not the fault of the location, obviously, if it's a national problem. Also, no reason to get snippy with the staff; some of the other reviews here sound like they're from entitled Boomers who couldn't stand being temporarily inconvenienced.One last thing: this place is scrupulously clean. From what I see the place looks nice, plus I saw in the Henrico Citizen that this location passed a health inspection with zero (!!!) violations, something that appears to be quite rare.

whatever you do, DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. After an issue with the app and another location, I tried calling here to see if they could make my order. I called three times, and no one picked up, so I drove to the store. I get there, and I nicely explain the situation. Mind you, there is NO ONE other than myself and the employees in this establishment at the time. After the first person said no they couldn’t, they bring me their I assume manager. Not only was he incredibly disrespectful, saying “I don’t understand what’s so difficult to understand right now” when I asked why exactly he could not make my order when I had my proof of purchase right in front of him. I ask why he didn’t pick up the phone so I could have known this before driving 5 miles out, he says they were busy. Mind you, I called three times, and arrived at the restaurant about 5 minutes after I made my last call. There was no one in the restaurant. He makes a flippant comment about “trying to provide customer service” as I leave. I basically paid $13 to waste gas and have some 16 year old be rude to me. Do better.

Haven't been to a Chipotle in a long time and this experience will ensure I never go back. Stopped in for a takeout order because it was visible from my hotel. They knowingly served stale chips (literally could break them, just bend and twist,) cold queso, cold meet on stale soft taco shells. Just a waste of money. Two people at the register just argued in front of guests because one just wanted to hang out with friends that were in the restaurant. All around horrible experience!
