I got a chicken bowl with lettuce, fresh tomato salsa, white rice, cheese and black beans. So yummy and delicious. So Fresh.The staff at the VCC location could use some friendliness training though. None of the staff smiled at me. Ugh. When this changes I'll update and give a 5 star rating.
I got a salad with little to no toppings because they didn't have any on the front line but I was told if I ordered online I could have gotten all the toppings I wanted ?....Apparently online and in-store have different inventory and can't pull from each other's side??♀️...To tell a customer you are all out of certain items when you're clearly not is an odd way to run an establishment. I paid for it because I know it's not the employees fault and the young man had already started making my food. I'm leaving this review at Qdoba ??♀️
I ordered and paid for extra pollo asada and this is the remake and yet no extra pollo asada. The customer service is horrible and the guy with the super long dreads and tattoos needs to be retrained in the area. No apologies were made, attitudes and rolling of the eyes from other employees is uncalled for. One star is being too nice. This location needs to do better
Been here many times and it's always been a decent experience. Now however they are one of the only locations that still make you order online. Then when you get there you end up waiting for well over an hour. After I sat there for an hour my food was not only ice cold, but it was missing ingredients and had the meat completely wrong.
Just picked up a steak burrito from the Glen Allen location. Noticed it was really small. They left off half of what I ordered on it...INCLUDING THE STEAK !!!!Chipotle really needs to get their act together. Think I'm done with them. Half the employees were in there playing around and not taking care of the people in line. Customer service at its finest. Last of my money you will be seeing for a long time.
We ordered bowls. The meat was cold on all and just looked thrown together. Watery at the bottom as the beans were not drained. Very salty and small portions, bowls were barely 1/2 full. It looks like we received yesterday’s leftovers. Chipotle used to be a great option but no longer has the quality that you might expect
DO NOT ORDER HERE before 12!!! This is probably the 4th time this has happened to me that they have the app open for ordering and I’m thinking (great they finally hired people to service the time during their advertised opening hours) and I get there to realizeThat it’s not open. It’s not a problem if you advertise your hours correctly. Get your IT to get it corrected so people stop wasting their time.
Love Chipotle but this particular location sucks. There's always some kind of issue whether they're closed for no reason, only accepting online orders, or they're going on 10 minutes late with the online order you placed an hour+ ago. Prepare to be frustrated.Sad this is the only location close to this area.
Horrible customer service. Was looking for a reason to tell the customer NO! No fresh juicy chicken ?, NO vinaigrette No peppers ?️, No change back. Asked to speak with MGR & she said NO. Asked for DM info was referred to survey on receipt. Worse Chipotle ever! Avoid if u want quality service with a smile.
Wrong order again from this Chipotle! Clearly, they are short staffed but getting a chicken bowl when I ordered a veggie bowl is a huge mistake. I didn't discover the wrong order until I got back to work to eat it. And it was too late to return and attempt to get it fixed. I'm sure who ever received my veggie bowl is just as hungry.
