I ate the southwestern egg rolls; which were great. The server was awesome. The layout was that of most Chilli's resturants. I generally don't have issues with Chill's resturants when I visit and I have visited several from other states. Consistent is the word I cone up with.
What has happened to Chilis? Ordered steak, which was a big mistake. Told they don’t offer baked potatoes. What? Only very cheap wine on the menu. Chili’s used to be a halfway decent restaurant. Now it’s a terrible choice. Will never eat at another one. But, the people were great. They are working for management who has driven this chain into the ground. Does some private equity company own them?
Excellent food!!! Our server today was perfect!! Too bad it's his last day!! I'll be back :)
Was not impressed at all. My son and I had burgers. They would have been good 6 dollar burgers, but they definitely weren't worth the 14 dollars we spent. My wife had got the sirloin. I'm not exaggerating when I say it was two-thirds gristle. She could barely cut it and had to spit out the one bite she tried. She sent it back. The next one came and it was probably a quarter gristle. She ate about half of it, but it just wasn't good. I tried it. It had no flavor whatsoever. My youngest had chicken tenders off the kids meal. They didn't look great, but he had no complaints. We spent almost $60, and I considered it a waste of money. Not worth it at all. Won't be going back. Go to Marty's, Industrial Taphouse, Red Robin, or Kreggers. These are close by and are much better options.
A very “Nice Stop” along the road !!!
We have always enjoyed eating at this Chili's.It was crowded, but we waited. The manager was very efficient in trying to get people seated. He explained the were short staffed in the kitchen, the servers were doing a great job. There was a sense of team work going on.Congratulations ??????They did an amazing job
We ordered curbside from there last night (1/3/22) and it was awful. First the woman on the phone was rude and treated us like we were stupid because SHE couldn't find our order. There was a worker inside that kept saying she was going to kill herself very loudly. Then we get home and our food had hair all over it. I asked for no tomatoes or cajun seasoning on my pasta but both were on there. I'm allergic to tomatoes btw. Our food was ice cold when we got it and we showed up before the time it said it would be ready.
Very unhappy with meal last night. I took my grand daughters out for dinner and the meals were horrible. Chili was served ice cold, steak was not cooked properly, my 2 year grand daughter was served oranges that apparently had been left out and tasted rotten. The manager did cover the bill for us, but this is unacceptable. I had not been there in years and have no intention of returning .
When I think of chain restaurants Chili's is not one that comes to mind. A friend of mine swears by Chilis, so wanting something different than my usual, and having not having been there in st least 10 years, I decided to drop in. It really is "just ok". The tropical margarita was just a fruity beverage. It could have been mixed with ANY other liquor and I wouldn't have known the difference. It gave me Minute Maid Tropical Juice vibes. The spinach queso got sent back because it was flat out unflavorful. The best part of this visit was the house salad and the salsa and chips..and if you can mess that up then you definitely shouldn't be in business. Thankfully, the staff was extremely hospitable and accommodating. It was a satisfactory change of pace, but definitely nowhere I'll be reaching for in the future.
Excellent service by our bartender last night who was friendly, efficient and charming to guests and co-workers while multi tasking to the max. Sorry I did not catch her name but Tuesday night, October 19 - very nice lady working very hard. Thank you!
