Tonight we received raw chicken nuggets, tried to call the restaurant to make sure no one else received them and no one answered the phone nor called back. Waited in drive through for about 15 minutes which is fast for this location but food was not fresh
Breakfast (drive thru) - ordered nothing but Chicken Biscuits (add egg, add Am.cheese). 2 were as a combo (w/2 Vanilla iced coffees, 1 w/hashbrown the other a yogurt). The lady taking the order seemed confused abt how to enter the "chicken biscuits" w egg and cheese. Her coworker said "you have to minus the sausage, add chicken" (huh?) I ended up getting a bunch of biscuit egg and cheese sandwiches. With cold hashbrowns- never again! When calling back, a lady on the phone said "he said no meat" (¿ who orders eight sandwiches from a CHIK FIL A and ask for NO MEAT!?? Who goes to CHIK FIL A and doesn't get... CHICKEN!) SAD!
I got told by a cashier I couldn't get my drink without ice or even just light ice.
The cashier rang up my order wrong and then when I told them it was wrong they proceeded to make me wait 20 minutes to even try to fix the problem. After making me wait all this time they made me pay the extra amount from the mess up for their employees mistake. I have never seen such terrible customer service at a facility that has been know for the exact opposite. If I could give this location a 0 star rating I would.
The restaurant didn't give my boyfriend the sauces he requested twice. I know that they are busy, though if a customer wants a couple sauces they should be able to get that right the first time.
We stopped here for something to eat and were not disappointed. This is a very good chick-fil-a. Our food was delicious and the service was excellent. I would highly recommend giving this place a try.
Always appreciate the hospitality and the Mac and cheese is truly getting better and better over time, I didn't think I'd like it. Like the menu options. Please stop not filling up the containers of fries please, we like them!! And lots of them for $3/order.
This location is very slow and the window service is very unprofessional. Never had this experience at a Chick-fil-A ever!. I love the food and my daughter loves it too. I will skip this location and go to the chamberalane or bell creek location from now on.
Order taker had a hard time understanding what (3) #1 combos meant. Was pulled to the side because there was no tea made. Lobby always closed like they are against doing business. Fries were stomp cold last two visits. Woman at the window was rude and disrespectful. Oder missing half the sandwiches.
Nobody in line to take my order, got to the payment/receipt line and he asked for the name on my order, then complained over the radio that no one was there for a few minutes. Asked if he should take my order? Nope sent me back around to wait in line again. Think this store show go see how others are run, does not seem like there processes are working.
