I order take out regularly from here and the staff and the entire team are so amazing and welcoming . Great pizzas and wings and oven baked fries . A couple of times they forgot my jelapeons which I love on my pizzas . Which I am not sure when you add extra I might have not saved it and they have very good coupons and deals if your enrolled with them .
Ordered 3 cheese steak hoagies tonight and this is what was delivered. When I called to report this to the restaurant I asked if they had run short on food. The “manager” said this is the recipe and that is the amount of meat that comes on the sandwich with no peppers and onions. He was rude and defensive. When I asked if I could have his name he said no. When I asked for the manger he said he was the manager. The food delivered is so bad we are throwing it away after spending $40 plus tip. HORRIBLE SERVICE AND FOOD.
I have Chanello's a couple of times and it was pretty decent but the most recent order was a major disappointment. We ordered a Supreme. The pizza was overcooked. It basically sucked. It was dry. Not good. We ordered some garlic knots with the pizza and they were fair. The bill was well over $30 and I doubt I will order from there again.
Chanello's stays open super late which is awesome because not much other restaurants do around this area.The pizza is pretty good. Definitely above any fast food chains. I'd definitely stick to the pizza though.The wings were 2/5 and the Italian Sub was 1/5. Like a bunch of reviews on here already, there was very little meat on the sub.
Been a long time customer of Chanello’s and unfortunately over the past year or so they’ve gotten extremely stingy with the meat on subs particularly the cheesesteak. Hope the owner addresses this problem but until so I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
Pizza had a lot of toppings….delivered cold. Wings…14 dollars for 10 ….bones….not much meat :(. Cheese fries….cold, but would have been decent if warmed. You need to refund us :(

Absolutely HORRIBLE FOOD AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Ordered 1lb of jerk chicken wings with a 6” turkey sub… wings were NOT seasoned not even a spec of pepper! And they looked like a few were missing. Don’t even get me started on my sub. Old lettuce with 1 1/2 piece of turkey slices, literally weighed as much a ball of aluminum foil. I thought it was just bread before I opened it. Called in to get a refund or new order and the “manager” named “nick” laughed at me and said “well you shouldn’t order our food then.” I said I atleast need a refund he says “no I don’t think you need that.” Smh!!!!! This place is the worst!!
I ordered from here and the pizza was mediocre, but the cheese sticks were pretty good.
Ordered a large supreme with extra cheese. Barely any toppings and hardly any cheese! After fee's and tip, taxes etc.. I paid 35 bucks for sauce and dough.. Beyond words disappointed and feeling totally ripped off! Btw I used to work at a brick oven pizza/sports bar so I know how a pizza should be made and it's not this! A total disgrace..
