Is so slow and sometimes refuses to acknowledge you I waited almost 45 minutes just to pick up a to-go order, it's kind of ridiculous
Me and my 2 close friends just left there 27 minutes ago. It was a horrible experience ?. My food came out wrong, the fajita wraps didn't come out with the food we had to ask for them, the food was over cooked, refilled our chips but never refilled the empty salsa bowl and they sent out the same plate for my redo. Now I have some raw onions some cooked onions and some burnt onions. Had to constantly ask for water. When we asked to speak to a manager we were told no manager was there on site. Our waiter seemed to be in a rush with business being very slow.I need to truly speak to the owner or a manager.
Placed an order. When I got my order I was told I got 2 extra tacos but not to worry about it....no charge. Got home and realized my tamale was missing. Would have been nice to know at pickup rather than a substitute
This location sucks ? small portions and slow service. The one on broad street is the best. Trash
I ordered a vegetarian quesadilla to-go it was packaged in a aluminum container and not cut as with other restaurants. As a result of packaging and the fact it was vegetarian my order was soggy on the bottom. The top of the quesadilla was not crispy as one would expect either. Rather it seemed the vegetables were cooked sprinkled with the bare minimum of cheese and placed onto a quesadilla then placed in the container.
Service was great. Food was good and arrived very quickly.
Ordered Uber eats, and the quality was terrible. Did not provide a sauce for the salad. The enchiladas were soggy and the meat was dry. The tacos were dry as well.
Excellent food. Excellent drinks. Excellent service.

Casa Grande...located in a strip mall near Target was DELICIOUS!. While waiting for my takeout we sat at the bar had 1 margarita on the rocks. They also provide chips and salsa, Perfect. I ordered Tacos Carne Asada to go to share with my daughter. Oh my the flavor was on point, better than some of the high priced Mexican restaurants I have been to. My to go had 3 Tacos...rice & beans.. chips...salsa...very tasty. We will be back. Thank you. Oh and the service was GREAT!
