The food is good but not many options. I wish there was more to choose from. But i did like the food and they move fast!

I ordered through Uber eats. The whole chicken was fantastic. The green beans were amazing. Tons of flavor, but from good preparation without a ton of salt. I would buy a bucket of green beans and dig in. Kids loved it. Will order again and check it out in person.
This was my first time here, It was pretty good. They weren't busy as far as getting a table but we stood at the counter for a little long without anyone acknowledging is as they were making other orders.I ordered 2 side orders, one was rice and beans and the other was plantains. They were $550 for large and $3.50 for small. They pack it tight in the container which is good because they are not cheap so getting large portions makes that easier to accept.I waited a good 15 mins for the food and went home to eat it, it was good, I liked everything. My daughter got chicken and rice and hers was good too.It was a great first experience but I do feel like almost $35 for one entree and 2 sides is alot. That's really my only complaint plaint. Food was good. Service was just okay.
We've eaten here 3 times now and its been excellent every time. The chicken, potatoes, green beans, and plantains are all amazing. Friendly staff, great food, and reasonable prices. This is our new go to chicken spot (sorry Chicken Fiesta, we still love you!)

Fantastic food, friendly staff. An authentic experience. The food was fresh and delicious. The sides are amazing- try the green rice with black beans on top. And don‘t miss out on the plantains. Finger licking good!
Literally waited 15 minutes for them to remember my Yucca while they served over 6-7 different customers and didn’t even bother to look at me or update me. This isn’t the first time either. Have respect for your paying customers, your service goes from 5 to 0 after you get your money that’s wrong. You guys completely disregarded me while I was just standing in front of you, and I leave tips all the time for pick up orders…Don’t just leave customers waiting by the register while you ring up so many others. Canastas chicken is awesome, chicken is so delicious with those Peruvian green and yellow sauces. Two chicken dinner can feed a family and you can do so with some healthy, hearty food.
