I would have shared my experience through the BK feedback portal but the corporate dips can't be bothered to keep their portal open for feedback. Thank God for Google! This staff works hard with what they've got and they are pleasant, communicative, and the food is fresh and made right to order! They are aces in my book and they deserve praise for their hard work for a thankless job. Keep it up guys, you're awesome!
I love the drive through. My busy work the widow. Jk. But very kind and does a great job. I have been meaning to let you know that she does very well and it’s not easy doing that job. I hope the manager see this and hands down all of the lady’s who run that drive through are awesome. Of course I have my favorites. ?, she knows who she is. Very hard worker and we have a lot in common. ?! Life is what we make it and than you for helping fill my belly lol
I came inside Monday and saw something that made me want to complain to someone higher up and since i don't know how to contact them I'm making the review here. The EMPLOYEES we're extremely kind the redhead who waited on me was sweet and even though she was constantly running back and forth to do drive thru and wait on people in the dining room (while her manager watched and was yelling at her ) did a fantastic job with making us feel welcome. The problem i have is with the manager "Terry" is the worst manager I've seen at a restaurant. She was yelling at her employees and calling them names. she kept making snide remarks about the employees and the other managers. She was so so rude to her employees she yelled and the woman helping us multiple times and kept snapping at the cooks in the kitchen. i don't understand how anyone could work with her. Something should be done about her.
I came in yesterday and it was horrible the woman who took my order was nice but her manager ( i believe her name was Terri) was so rude to us and the employees she was yelling at the front counter girl and openly calling her employees names in front of all of us costumers she called the large black man cooking lazy and slow and it was sickening to watchEdit: my husband came through drive thru today and saw the same counter girl and manager my husband asked what the rude manager ( who was still making rude remarks to the employees) name was it is Terry and i don't understand how a woman like that could be allowed to work there her poor employees deserve a raise or anything else other than her. I would give zero stars if possible that was disgusting.
Horrible customer service! The lady checking us out was rude, cut off many customers, talked bak disrespectfully. It took 15 minutes to wait for 2 burgers. So much for FAST food.
Got an email that it was whopper Wednesday. But you have to use the app. Took 20 minutes to get the code for the order while the cashier tried to help. Not much fun.
I would literally give them zero stars. Waited in line forever just to give us old food that was cold and dry.
Not there best today. The card machine was down so they told me to come inside the building. However when I did it took another 10 minutes to even get acknowledged. Then the waiting game began for my food. If I had two hours to spare that would have been ok but I did not.
burger king 4042 is bad service. now stop by for something to eat and a brown person. He didn't want to give me the order. it was a woman. she was racist. People like that can't work. It is a very bad service. hire good people not bad
I get the veggie burger they have here. It's not bad if you are a vegan and want to enjoy junk for on occasion.
