The food was good but it took one hour for me and a friend to get tacos and a cheese quesadilla. Our server only came to take our order and give us our food, never checked up on us once when the restaurant was practically empty.
It doesn't surprise me that ratings are low for this location and I wish I had the option to leave zero stars. In the middle of my dinner while eating my fries, I felt a piece of hair in my mouth. Let's note that I have black braided hair, I pulled a piece of blonde hair out of my mouth. While I was completely disgusted, I understand things happens, I politely ask for the manager. The manager JD comes to the table, gives a half way apology, very generic and zero empathy and says he will take off the fries. At this point I had half of my wings, and an entire drink that I left at the table. When I ask the number for corporate he said quickly and with a sassy response "let me get that for you" I understand the unfortunate situation, but if this is the type of people you hire to run your store, that is even more unfortunate.
Service was great, went in on a Sunday night. Place was clean, not many people at the time, & food came out timely. My only complaint is the food wasn't the best tasting. I normally go to bdubs down hull street in midlo area and food is much better. Most of the wings had too much sauce and were very spicy even though mild or honey bbq was ordered. Not a bad experience though overall.
Where do I even start?! This service was so bad it felt like a fever dream. I’m sitting there like..is this real life? How are you still in business? The bartender, Drew, is an embarrassment, not only to bww, but to the entire customer service industry. This man needs to be blacklisted. Bar patrons were bonding over how bad his service was. Even the regulars said “if it’s busy or not, you will still get this bad service.” He was wrapped up in watching the game and literally SCREAMING at the tv when he should have just called out. Thank whatever god you believe in for Stephanie, because she was left to pick up the slack and she did it with a smile. I felt so bad for her! I’ve been in the customer service industry for over 16 years and I have NEVER not tipped, but everyone at the bar encouraged me not to as they witnessed the terrible service. TLDR, FIRE DREW AND GIVE STEPHANIE A RAISE. If I could give 0 stars, I would. The bartender stood there screaming at the tv and ignoring everyone except his 3 friends at the end of the bar. Also, very dirty and disgusting! Please don’t even get take out or delivery from this place. It’s straight up GROSS
I understand that a number of establishments are running short staff and I am being patient with that. However, mid afternoon I entered to find maybe 6 tables with customers so it was not busy. It took 15 minutes for someone to get me a drink and was told the other waitress would take my order. 35 minutes later (50 minutes from walking in) was asked what I wanted to order. I said, ‘check for my drink!’ Come on BW…You can do better!
I Loved This Place And Was Doing Everything I Could To Make It Better. The Managers Were Nice And They Use To Go By Policy! I Need To Talk To The Owner Or Something Because These Acts Of Events We’re Just Wrong!!!!
We waited more than a hour just to get some wings. The staff was very nice and chill about it but the food came out really cold and they put way to much sauce on the wings.
Since there was no way to include coupons online I called for a takeout order. The person on the phone complained they couldn't hear because there "was a game on" and then had an attitude for the rest of the call. If you can't hear maybe you move your phone away from the TV speakers? I could tell something was off because she wasn't bothering to ask what type of sides we wanted with wings. When we showed up to pick up the food we had to pass the group of 3 employees smoking at the front door. Inside they initially said someone else picked it up, then someone else confessed there was no record of the order. This is simple, you will never see a dime of my money, will never do business with this place again. There a lots of restaurants that are struggling and deserving of support from the community; BWW Short Pump is NOT one of them.
This location does not have dine in seating due to limited staffing, so if you are wanting to sit in the lobby I'd call and ask if they have tables. They are offering seating at the bar so at least that is available- we had children with us so that didn't really work. The food was okay, by the time we got home it was lukewarm but nothing my microwave can't fix. My chicken sandwich was supposed to have wild sauce but i got the Nashville hot, but this was really no big deal to me. The staff was friendly and we got our food within 35 minutes.
I wish I give a 0 star ratings. Went to collect my online order (01/22/22) around 9:00 pm. I cite date and time so these management know who I am referring to. Told my name. Person at the desk and the other guy near by don't get my name straight. Handed me wrong order ( more than what I ordered ) . Explained them it's not mine. Behavior was so rude. Lot of gestures. Super frustrated with front desk. I felt like a racial treatment. Extremely disappointed with such weird treatments.
