When we come for takeout or pick up the delivery we wait and we wait and we wait . Now am here and some customer he kik the door and he go because he waited more than 30mn and and no one he came to him or came to me . They don't care about you if you wait or you go . Am delivery guy I work with uber if you spend my time for one delivery for 5$ trip!! Do you accept that?! OK no problem but this is a life . Life is hard . ?For the second picture.. really no comment
Edit: Owner reached out made it right. Classy move, thanks!Host forgot we were waiting and sat others before us. Server took 15 min to take our order. Food took 45+ min to get to table, and the wings were cold (still tasted good!) and our order was incorrect. Walked to server's counter to get napkins, went back for drink refill, went back to pay the bill. I'll go back, but this was bad.
This place is always busy. I love the wings and the extensive sauces. It makes choosing difficult. I also love the burgers. They ensure the cook to get a good crust on the burger!
Love this place. Just about every single time my wife and I go here, we get outstanding service and the staff is always so friendly. We all for extra sauce and celery and they always bring it. Fantastic management at this particular restaurant
This Cheese Burger was very good! First time trying and I was not disappointed at all! Only added bacon and grilled onions...wow
Ordered the Buffalo burger and got very sick from it for 2 days. Not fun, especially when we were on our way to a beach vacation. Had to go to store and get medicine to stop from getting more sick. I have never been this sick from food in my life. Bathrooms were gross. Mens restroom had bathroom stalls ripped from the walls. Avoid this location at all costs unless you don't mind getting food poisoning.
Order was wrong, it took two people to get the order right. 5 of the alcohol beverages they could not make, didn't know until 10 minutes after waiting. Food was good not às many flavors as most Buffalo Wild Wings. Mint in the Mojito wasn't muddled.

Visiting from Bedford, decided to go despite some reviews. Glad we did! They were slammed, but Jason was on on his "A-Game"!! Kept our drinks full and got our order right. He was very busy but always checked in. The only complaint I have is against Buffalo Wild Wings... We had 20% off our order but when Jason brought our receipt it only showed the balance AFTER the 20%... I was a waitress and it was frustrating when people would tip you on the discounted amount... you should tip on the ACTUAL amount! I promised Jason that I would write a review and send an email to Corporate about this. I hope BW3 will put their employees first and make sure when you offer discounts, wish I love, you show the customer what was ACTUALLY spent on their receipt. That way Jason (and most of the employees at that location when we visited and hustling for your customers), are tipped on the ACTUAL MONEY SPENT. It was "Tuesday Free Wing Night" and even though they were slammed, the employees were working hard, polite, and the food was excellent. We had the traditional wings, chips and salsa and finished our meal with street tacos.. who said dessert always has to be sweet?
Went there to get food to go and took fries back twice for being not even warm. You could tell they had been setting to long because the taste was not a fresh cooked hot taste or temperature. Chicken was hot and could feel heat from the container. They even had the nerve to send a so call free box of the same fries back out. My husband said the guy walked past him with a plate of fries and he could feel the heat from them. Even though they refunded the money back they should treat to go orders the same as eat in with hot fries. I guess they think if you leave with them you won’t notice until you are home, glad I checked before I left there. Had to go elsewhere for fresh hot fries.Everyone check your food before leaving if you can.
