The employees that were there did a great job but overall it wasn't the best time to stop because they were so understaffed. There was a long line at the drive thru but you couldn't go inside because the dining room was closed. It did take awhile to get through the line but our food was delicious and I appreciate the people that were at work that day!
I am so glad to be able to sit inside and enjoy my lunch. This crew is working very hard to take care of their customers. Although I can see they are shorthanded, I didn't have to wait long for my food. And the attitude of everyone there... great.The male manager that was expediting was hustling right there with the other staff.Thank you all.
Had a semi large order, I didn't check before leaving and had called to say an item was left out, turned around and was greeted at the door with apologies from Manager and something extra for my troubles of the return.I don't eat beef or pork so this Arby's substitute turkey in my turkey and cheddar sandwich, and the Reuben. Love me some Arby's. Go treat yourself!!!

This used to be the go to Arby's. Now this is the to avoid Arby's. Lobby is always closed. Surprisingly with no lobby customers, drive thru is slow. The food taste old and bland. Seemed the microwave was used on part of the order. Sad to see this location fall so downhill as they have a nice homestyle interior that is very welcoming.
I ordered among other things some chicken ranch sliders and they looked like little chicken nuggets! So that was disappointing. And overall I'm not excited that the sliders come in open containers because when napkins get put in the bag, they get all the sauce from the sliders on them. Other than that, the nuggets were great, and so was the Jamocha shake! And the staff was doing a good job keeping the line moving despite not being fully staffed.
Face it, you're at Arby's because you're not the local diner type. You want a sandwich and fries, but mainly you want to be left alone. Plus two stars for opt-in isolation in the time of COVID, minus four for food quality.
I feel like everytime I stop and seat in the line. I'm gonna get something different, But everytime I get the Smokehouse Beef brisket ???.It's so good if you haven't had one.. get two.. LoL ?
Good fresh foods. Friendly staff. Long drive through line move quickly.
