Went here tonight with a dozen friends after performing at a theme park nearby. The staff were kind, gracious and super understanding of our random arrival times. The food was solid and there were great deals on appetizers and drinks. We would definitely come to this particular Applebee's again! There's another one nearer to us but it is not as good tbh... Thank you for being so awesome! We will try to get out of your hair faster next time.
Usually pretty good, but last time we asked for a low table. Place was not full at all, but the host seemed reluctant to seat us at a table. Finally, he did. We sat and waited and waited. One wait person walked past us 4+ times, another waited on 2 tables in our area but never looked our way. The manager got condiments for a table just past our table. No one stopped, no drinks, never asked if we were being served. We tried to get someone's attention, to no avail. After 18 minutes, we got up to leave. The wait person who passed us by asked why we were leaving. We told him that we were never served. Not going to go ugly, but they have lost a customer.
Post-Covid service anywhere is hit or miss. I give them 3 stars. It wasn't horrible, but it took a while to get anything. Food, drinks, appetizers, take away boxes, etc... Everything was yummy though. Hot and fresh. They did forget a side item for all 3 of us, but they eventually made it right. Again, after some time was spent waiting. All in all, we'll probably come back.
Our server was friendly and appeared to be the only one working. We had a 5 minutes wait which wasn't bad. Food was served hot, but it definitely took longer than expected.
I decided to have dinner with my son here( 3/5/22), though it was a wait, the gentleman at the front was really pleasant. Also, our waitress Trina stayed on top of everything. I know places are still dealing with staff shortages but to be honest, the gentleman and Trina made it worth while. The gentleman even made sure he told us to have a good night as we left. However, he did that to every guest who left. Thought it was really thoughtful during times like these.
The staff&atmosphere was cool ? some they had cook a well done cheeseburger ?until it was right for my son which gave up and decided to get a to go cart but the food and seating we loved it tucked away in a corner by a window also I was waiting for manager/waitress for some to go dips ask her and didn't like her answer its like we good to serve My son &2out of my 3 girls manager was awesome everything everyone shall return
Absolutely not worth the price. I got 2 honey bbq full rack rib platters and the ribbon brownie Togo. There was a used dirty unwrapped spoon in the bottom of my bag. The ribs tasted dry and was hard to pull off. Had to chase it down. I spend $75 dollars on something I didn't enjoy and barely ate. Wish I just went to ocharleys. Their ribs fall off the bone and are just heaven. Never again. Ain't worth the time or disappointment.
Worst dining experience I've had in a very long time. Please stay away! Food was underwhelming and the service was awful. Do not waste your time or money here!
We visited on Valentine's day so we expected it to be crowded. Our chicken tenders tasted like raw meat and were rubbery in texture, the salads were very watery ans the waitress not very attentive. Our very first visit was enjoyable with great food so we will have to try again on a not so busy night.
Went there this afternoon and we were delighted they weren't too busy. It went downhill from there. We ordered our food, riblet platter and a burger and waited. We noticed that a few different tables that came at the same time we did and one after had gotten there food and we were still waiting. One group had actually finished eating as we got ours. Our waitress never once came back to our table during this time but we did have a waiter stop by to say they were short staffed, which for the amount of folks in there I think two waitresses and one waiter wouldn't be too bad. Finally got our food and the top of the bun on the burger was so hard you couldn't even poke your fork thru it. I waited and finally caught the waiter, still hadn't seen our waitress again, and asked if I could have another bun top bc it was terribly hard. Waited and waited, finally he brought out another. We never saw our waitress again until we were finished. We asked for our check and she promptly brought it over, fastest part of our service the entire time. When she walked away we were looking at the check, getting out our money and noticed OMG they were charging me 59¢ for the top bun!!Believe me this is not about the money but come on seriously, I only asked for another one bc the original was so hard, bc I'm sure it had been sitting under a heat lamp for 30 minutes. I didn't even bother to complain bc I know the excuse will be 'we're short staffed', which none of the issues we had had anything to do with staffing, except that maybe our waitress wasn't that good. I never complain at a restaurant and usually just let things go but today really took the cake, so I felt I needed to at least leave a bad review. I just hope they look at it and take notes.
