This location has the worst staff ever. I got into the store at 9:30 pm. The hours listed at the door stated the lobby is open until 10 pm. I waited a few minutes in line and once I got to the register it was 9:35. There were 2 staff members who blatantly and rudely told me that the lobby is closed and I can’t order, they said I need to go to the drive thru. I was shocked at their attitude. I have never ever experience such rudeness. I told them I’m not dining in and that I wanted to place a take out order. The female employee screamed at me and said they’re not taking any orders right now. Once I stated that their lobby is open until 10 they became upset said “that’s good for you” but proceeded to tell me they won’t take my order. Finally after several minutes of arguing a staff member stated she’d take my order. Not once when I entered or waited in line did anyone tell me they won’t take my order. However, once I got to the front of the line they changed their mind? Hmmm seems a bit discriminatory. After causing such a scene I decided it would be best not eat here. Considering the lobby and table looked so dirty, maybe it was for the best. On my way out of the store, an older employee apologized for the other’s behavior and stated, “they’re just kids.” Even though they are “kids” it does not excuse rude behavior.
Dining room and tables were dirty. Told the manager and he did nothing about it. I guess cleanliness is not a priority for this store.
I am loving the power menu bowl I know people are going to think I’m crazy but I actually like it a lot better then chipotle bowl . Reason chipotle just slaps everything on it and too much of it and the chicken there hit or miss Taco Bell I get the same every time they separate everything in it’s own corner and surprisingly filling! Please don’t get rid of this it’s always the good items y’all keep getting rid of .
This is typical Taco Bell. Food and customer service is acceptable. Like most fast food, MSG is probably used and one has to drink tons of water after eating here. But is is cheap and convenient.

These people are awesome and did great with my order . Jimislen you rule and were awesome . The person taking orders was dope and awesome as well. They deserve a cake or free money or something!!!!
I'm disappointed that I can't give zero starts. After messing my order the first time, they went and messed it up the second time. All of this while giving me attitude when they were the ones messing with my order... lazy and extremely unprofessional. They still wanted me to go through the drive thru because they didn't want to open the door, which I refused. Then they had the nerve to tell me that they give the food wrap neat and nice, when I had to open the wraps to be able to check the order. If they would have done their job right in the first place, I wouldn't have to open the food wrap in the first place. Horrible customer service, please don't bother!!!
The Taco Bell location in Gainesville is pretty consistent. They hardly get orders wrong and the good is always fresh!

This location is so cheap when it comes to providing sauces for your meal... They will always give you 1-3 per combo. Which is very little compared to other location that does not mind giving you a handful. I blame the owners, too cheap with their resources.
