Arrived to the movie theater too early, and I had enough time to eat. If course I walked across the street and ordered something to eat. This being my second time visiting this chain, I did know the food was good, based on my first visit. The food did not disappoint, being petty good and served quickly (probably due to stopping in shortly after they opened). Brought my brother and since had never eaten at the chain before, didn't take much more encouragement than my telling him I liked the food the last time I had visited, for him to give it a try. He enjoyed his meal and we both enjoyed the movie.
Great burgers, even better hot chicken tenders! Came for the burgers, which were great and fell in love with their scorching hot chicken tenders. Can't wait to go back for more; simply mouth watering! Fries are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside and are delicious. Have yet to try some of their other side dishes. Come on over and try it out, you will not be disappointed!
i get that it’s a friday night but the fact that the family of SIX that were in line behind us got their food, ate said food, THEN LEFT all in the time i waited for my one sandwich and one side of fries. absolutely disgusted by this establishment. the line cooks have no problem fixing their hats and hair and NOT changing their gloves and the cashiers would rather goof off with other patrons than serve the person that is a foot infront of their face. oh and my food was stone cold. thanks but i’m never coming back.
The burgers, fries, and shakes are really good, which is why we come. We'd be here more often and I'd give it a 4 if the prices were a little lower and service and cleanliness was a little better.

The food is good. I love Smash Burgers food. The service is getting worse and worse. When I walk up to the counter and the cashier is somewhere else and for a few moments no one is behind the counter and there’s only a few people in the entire place, doesn’t speak and looks visibly unhappy it’s really hard to choose to pay 15 dollars for a burger and when you have a negative encounter with the staff the prompt for a “tip” at the end of the order is just weird. Food is great, unfortunately the staff are not.
First time trying Smashburger. When you walk into a Burger joint at 11:30 am and it's empty that should be a warning. The staff here is pretty lackadaisical and apathetic. The burgers and fries were just OK, nothing special. Way overpriced for what it is. Between the overpriced menu and lackluster service I can understand why this place was empty. Management at this Smashburger have seem to forgotten that the Restaurant business is a service industry. Employees shouldn't be staring at their phones or standing around BSing. I won't go back to this place. Way too many other options within a 2 minute walk.
SKIP this restaurant! There is zero food safety here - and zero COVID safety here. Tables, floor, counters - all dirty. No masks or gloves by staff. The young lady with long red hair who is bagging the food: plays with her hair, touches the inside of every bag, loads the cup of fries that she touches, then wipes her hands on her jeans. It’s disgusting. Staff is breathing all over your food, and touching it with unclean hands. Zero food safety protocols. The burger: mushy bun, medium rare red center meat - they can’t cook the meat? Obviously, I’ll never go back. I’m warning others - skip it! It’s gross.
Wasn't a fan of the burger or fries. But I really not a fan of the high prices. And the way they ask would you like to make that a meal. Am thinking maybe $2 more no Meal for the same price as the burger & drink.
Small businesses are facing challenging times. It's hard to give 5 star service. Could have been faster, more accurate, friendlier. But it was fine. We are thankful.
