Exceptional!!! This is the cleanest fast food restaurant I’ve ever seen, well stocked in front, attentive staff, especially Jennifer at the counter kudos for her customer service, food hot and good; my mistake was to ask for a side of gravy for my biscuit and it was mixed kinda poured over the biscuit which was on top of the potatoes, so my bad on that…I will be back and hope this exceptional fast food joint continues to be this awesome.One other observation, this place has to be good for an ihop employee eating there in uniform.
Best fast food sausage gravy and biscuit taste, but not enough meat in the gravy so had to order an extra sausage patty, which will cost you $5.71 for one patty, one biscuit, and a bit of gravy.Cesar is the older man referred to in other posts and he's a great employee and representative for this restaurant and a good Ambassador for Roy Rogers.
The staff is always friendly, and the food is pretty good. I like the fried chicken, and it's nice to get fast food where you can get something other than fries for a side. my wife likes the Mac and cheese!

The food was plain amd no condiments were served or even offered. This is not like the Roy Roger's I remember loving to go there and get their cheeseburger. Today just was not a good visit I guess. So I ordered three different meals one of them for a child. He barely at all the food stating it was nastyand he was ready to go (a 4yr. Old) lol kids say the darkest thing but at least they are being honest it may be brutal just a lil but they honest...
Served raw cold chicken, messes up orders every time I go there, which now is rare, I swear the ice machine has mold because my drinks, specifically ice/sweet tea, tastes wrong and dirty.Health inspection is needed
The gentleman at the counter was very kind and helpful. He was taking care of the front while others were chatting instead of helping him. We had to wait a bit since he was trying to essentially do it alone.The area where the Sauces are needed attention as some were empty and there was trash all over. But, with the younger staff chatting away the older gentleman that waited on everyone didn't have time or opportunity to tend to that as well.

Went through the drive thru on Sunday 3/13/22 & there was one car in front of us. I wanted 3 chicken legs, mashed potatoes and baked beans. She said they only had one leg. I said "What other pieces do you have?" She said only one leg. She said if we wanted to we could wait 8 minutes so we did. After waiting 25 minutes, they made the car in front of us go to a parking spot and wait. After + 35 minutes, she finally gave us our food. I get food at a steakhouse faster! I get home with my food and I kid you not, not one freaking leg!!!. I got a wing, a breast and a thigh!!! I emailed the contact us on their site two days ago and still no response. I went to the drive thru today to talk to someone but this time there were 2 cars ahead of me and who has that kind of time???
I ordered from the drive through and was told to park because they were cooking roast beef and it would take 5 minutes. 15 minutes later I finally got my sandwich after going inside to get it.
