Very similar review as others regarding staff attitudes and skimpy with food. I went in to order hard tacos for my son, who only wanted beef in the shells, nothing else. The lady preparing the meal put a pinch of meat in the shells and I asked if she could put more meat in because I wasn't getting anything else. She responded by saying "only if you want to pay more". Same thing, with my order of chips and queso. They serve the queso in a large cup but only filled it 1/2 way up. I asked them to fill the cup because that's how is should come, and she said "the managers only allow us to put 2 scoops in it". By the time I was out the door, I paid close to $20 for this. I could have gone to a real sit down Mexican restaurant and had a full meal and appetizer for that price. And yes, the staff always makes you feel like you're an inconvenience for being there. Food is fine, but I hate going there. I know I'm going to get ripped off and a bad attitude.
Clean restaurant with fresh food and friendly staff. I will be back.The issue here is that I ran into the comedian Carrot Top outside. I knew that I would run into him some day. He was outside asking for change. I gave him nothing but a piece of my mind.I let him know that I never thought that he was funny. I also let him know that he looks like a sick freak! Eventually he just walked off.
We have loved our weekly visits to this restaurant, however, (new?) management has nixed the kids meal free with adult meal purchase that has always been a key deciding factor in our choice of Qdoba over the other Fresh-Mex places nearby (Moe's and Chipolte). Time to try some other places and establish new traditions as the prices are simply too high without the free kids meals. The value is simply not there anymore.Update: So we went back to give it a try again. News flash: "free guac" on entrees means that we should actually not have to ARGUE WITH THE STAFF to get guacamole on our entree. Additionally ALL the diet drinks were out. Finally, the price/value hasn't gotten any better than a year ago.Take my advice: go over to the Chipotle by the Chick-fil-A. Its less than 1/4 away. You will have a MUCH MUCH MUCH better experience!
What a healthy, delicious way to eat lunch or dinner within a budget and have leftovers for another day?I never desired to eat at Qdoba Mexican Eats until introduced one day for a dinner meal.I was totally surprised and delighted with my steak bowl, extra diablo queso and cilantro! Every food item was fresh and satisfying.The diablo queso with chips topped off one of the best Mexican take out fares I have experienced in Virginia.Qdoba Mexican Eats highly recommended for lunch, dinner, take out or dine in.

I really want to give five stars, but the lady at the front (not the one who works the register) always has an attitude and seemingly doesn't want to help. Like every single time I visit, she hardly ever offers to help me. Today I went it and it was obvious she was changing out a few of the pans of food. All she had to do was say something like "we'll be with you in a moment" or anything to not let me feel like I am being ignored. The lady who worked the register walked over to me and offered to prepare my food. The first lady didn't acknowledge my existence. Not sure what's up with her. She is literally the only reason I do not go there more often. The other lady at the register is a Godsend. She's totally opposite of the first lady I mentioned. Always kind, respectful, and nice.
Good food comparable to Chipotle however Qdoba has way better queso as well as they have a spicy queso option "queso diablo" that is amazing. Also they make really good quesadilla definitely my go to when eating there. The lady working the register was extremely helpful and nice. However some of the other staff seemed to care less but overall I would recommend.
