I never received my order. Called the store. Was put on hold and clerk never came back. Had to call back to the store. Requested a refund. Not sure if I will get it, because the cashier was not sure how to process

Your whole app and customer experience has fallen apart! Orderng a pizza at Pizza Hut has become near impossible. Call me if you want specifics
Everything was fresh, hot and tasted great! I went inside to get the food and everyone was polite & friendly, so yes, it was good.
I ordered 5 pizzas and 2 double cheese bread. The cheese bread was so done it was crunchy on top it was not edible. All the pizza was overdone also. I have pics i can send.

Timely, correct, and a good deal. Ordered a couple of times with no issues. Mobile app is fairly easy to use too. I like the text notifications to keep me updated on my order status. Driver always follows the contact less delivery preferences.
I love the employee’s they always work hard to make sure my order is correct, and that I receive my food hot. It’s the little things. Keep up the good work!

Kind of forget about this option here inH-market. Haven’t ordered from here in several years. Saw some negative reviews and was hesitant. Think most were about delivery. My experience was great. Ready when promised. Order was correct. Very friendly service. And last but not least, great tasting food!! ?
