Not too pleased. We noticed many tables dirty from previous users. That in itself says a lot and makes you wonder what goes on behind the counter.
Ran by teenagers with poor customer service. Placed a online pick up order, came at the time my order was suppose to be done but my order was never made. Instead of this one particular employee saying that my order wasn’t ready she said nothing and then made a smart remark when another customer that was there waiting told me they had been there for 15mins waiting for their order. Crazy part is, when I walked in they were just standing in one spot and not working on orders. This location has really bad customer service and I will not be wasting my money here ever again.
The 5 little bites of beef and broccoli I had were good but the bowl was one third cabbage(?) and there were about 13 little noodles of chow mein. The honey chicken was tasteless and 90% of the bowl was rice. Portion size is a huge issue. Probably my first and last time at this location.
Arrived an hour before they closed and when asked what was wanting to be ordered, they had to check to see if they had enough. They made the 4 plates and skimped on the chow mein noodles and the orange chicken in all 4 plates. It definitely had far less than normal and feel I didn’t get what I paid for.
Definitely missed managed. No one behind the counter knows what they are doing. You have 2 employees serving/ringing but they too are stepping over each other. Then you have like 5 people cooking, doesn’t add up. Food was actually fine, it is true they are skimpy on portion sizes. Not sure I’d go back. I went at a off time and waited about 30mins with only a handful of people in front of me.
Pretty small portions. Make the trip to the Manassas one by Costco if you actually want to feel full after eating a 2 entre 1 side plate.
Love their food . I ordered through door dash they don’t have an option for teriyaki sauce so I called them and asked if they could put some in my bag and they did I have asked before with other fast food chains for sauce or what ever and I get nothing good job guys
This place is so badly managed. Never enough servers. Every time I come here there is a line out the door and about a 10-15 minute wait. They never have cooked enough food and sometimes the food is not prepared right. Compared to the Manassas location where you are in and out this location is terrible.
Showed up 15 minutes before closing.The staff was courteous. They had plenty of options, food was fresh. This was my first time at this new location. CALEB was the young man behind the counter. He had a great attitude and was very helpful and accommodating without making me feel rushed or like I needed to get out by closing.Great first experience at this new location. I’ll be back.
The food was very good. Would have like a bit more in my panda bowl. The wait was a bit long. Overall, I will definitely good back...maybe during a less busy time.
