I stopped today around 12:30 noon for the first time and the kid with baseball cap messed with his cap, hair and then use his cell phone then got up and started grabbing pizza from the preheated oven and then went straight to cutting dough all without wearing a mask or stopping to wash his hands. It’s okay if people are getting relaxed about Covid-19 but as a server you need to wash your hands wear a mask. No plans on going back!!!
Ordered a few dishes from their catering menu for an event. Went to pick up and pay and the total was $30 over what it should have been based on the menu. When questioned, the manager said the website menu is old. I’m sorry, but you should honor publicized prices. He did not entertain a refund. I would have walked out if I didn’t have 20 kids waiting for food. Fix your website! Not that difficult!
I’ve never been more insulted and disgusted by their cheese bread and cheese sticks. There pizzas fine it’s the cheese bread and cheese sticks that looked more disappointing than their description of the quality.
I had a large order and I paid extra for fries. Fries were not with my sandwiches Manager said fries didn't come with deal but I paid extra for them. He said he would refund me $1.99. Food is cold and I have no fries and I am hangry.When I ordered before using the app there was a glitch and I received two orders. It was all chaotic with what to do with the orders. I had to wait longer to receive the second order that was being delivered. Sorry but not again.
Great service. Seriously some of the best I've had. The food though.... mediocre. The sauce was so incredibly soupy. I ended up pouring it out into a cup. Once i got rid of all the excess water, the pasta was alright. I'd go back, but i might reconsider ordering pasta again.

It’s hard to find a good pie in this area and sometimes it requires a little fine tuning. I ordered the Paulie special and put in a request to have it cooked well done/extra crispy. This establishment went above and beyond to make this request and it turned out to be one delicious and drool worthy pie I’ve had yet!
My fault for thinking that the Gainesville store would ever get their act together after 3 botched orders from them. You think I would have learned, but I ordered again and it was wrong on top of being over charged. When I asked to have it fixed they wanted to charge me more. What a horrible location.
I got the Greek chicken salad. It was amazing. Fresh ingredients and very tasty and appealing. The manager Andrew was very pleasant and accommodating. I was so impressed with how awesome the salad was I had to call them. I know how most of the time you get the negative. Keep up the excellent work.
