Not a good experience. We love Moe’s & were excited to find on traveling. It was a mess, literally, boxes all over, overflowing trash and no beverages. Once we ordered & said for here we asked to add 3 fountain drinks, the girl shrugged and said we don’t have any drinks, except this & pointed to 1 juice box! We were a group of 8, obviously not helpful.
I am rating this location only. Moe's in general is okay on rare occasions. The food and service in Gainesville is not acceptable...
We order the meal kits from Moes often. The last few times I have had things missing but it was never a huge deal. Today they didn't give us one entire kids meal, the meat in the kits was missing and the store doesn't care. When I called I was told by the GM that everything was there and he didn't care at all. This location has been going down hill for awhile and now it seems it had officially hit the worst it has ever been.
Do not waste your money. Just go to baja fresh if you can find one. The young lady making the food couldn't stop touching her hat between orders . Nickle and dime you for toppings Never again.
Moe's is a great chain. This location however doesn't seem to get it. The staff is slow, doesn't seem to know how to meet the consistent quality of other locations. The staff has been rude on a couple of visits.
Typical Moe's. Got the burrito. The inside was clean and the staff was friendly.
Order a Ear Muffs burrito bowl and this is how it was delivered. Barley any meat all the toppings are at the bottom of the dish. Somebody clearly was making a burrito and noticed i ordered a bowl and dumped it a container. This place needs to be shut down and the staff working around 5:00pm needs to be fired.
My salad was not edible the lettuce was brown even black on some pieces. I did get a refund but I hope I don’t get sick. I was shocked it was even served to me,,, and the awful part… it was a manager that served it after he made it.
Our son & granddaughter took us here for lunch. Very good...& Huge burritos!
Love Moe’s and go out of my way to go there despite the fact that the service is always slow. Today was the worst experience I’ve had there by far. Only one person making food, who had the personality of a hangover and speed of a sloth. They were out of bacon, she tried to give me visibly disgusting/rotten lettuce, and the amount of chicken I got wouldn’t fill my 6 year old child (significantly less than they typically give). No chips came with my child’s meal despite being advertised and her cookie looked/tasted like it was made in 1980. If you are going to ask me to tip fast food wait staff, you need to do better.
