I went in and ordered 2 pizzas today for dine in. We waited for 45 minutes . I went to the person at the register finally and asked him to check on my orderHe told me that my order has been ready to go now for at least 30 minutes . I told him that my order was for dine in. I did not want to eat cold pizza so I requested a refund and walked out. When I was there I also noticed how dirty and nasty their tables and their soda machine was. They make a mistake and they expect you to pay almost 30 dollars to them and eat cold food. The person at the register did not offer to correct my order at all.
When the sign says you close at 10pm. That doesn’t mean that customers who come in 15 minutes before close get ignored. My husband just got off a long flight and was starving, we just wanted a little pizza before we finished our ride home. We stood there while a staff member was filling the cold station and saw us there but ignored us. Not even a “I will be with you in a moment”. NOTHING. We wound up leaving but I did let the kid know that some type of acknowledgment would have been good customer service. You have 5 employees on, Do better!
I come here often and i love their pizza. This time Jesse gave great service too. He was very nice, welcoming and accommodating. I requested if he could change his gloves if he had touched pork and he was happy to do so and asked his colleague to do so.I appreciate the customer service Jesse offered and definitely encourages me to come here more often!
We arrived around 12pm for lunch. My group of 4 were the only people in line, yet we waited for about 20 minutes before they even started to take our orders. During that time, they completely ignored us standing at the counter as they made online orders. There was no acknowledgement that we were there, and no indication of when they’d get to us. My three friends ordered pizzas, paid, and went to sit down. I had to wait longer to order a salad, and then found out they were out of several ingredients. Then I had to wait again at the register for someone to come ring me up. As we waited, I noticed the girl who was cooking the pizzas, cutting them, and placing them on plates, neither had her long hair tied up out of her way nor did she wear gloves. I watched her place her hands all over plates and sometimes on food/in sauces that went on top of the pizzas. My friend later found a strand of that employee’s hair in her pizza. We brought it to the attention of the staff, yet the girl’s hair was still not fixed when we left.The long wait times, poor customer service, and general inattention to cleanliness were disappointing. This location is badly run.
me and my friends went to early to hang out before a movie. we got to mods pizza at around 6:40 and by the time it was 7:50 (only 25 minutes before the movie) we had just gotten our food after they claimed that the orders may have gotten mixed up. guys, there were people that came in after us that got their food before us. then they claimed that the pizza we got was malformed and tried to make us wait more for another better pizza which was nice but would’ve been fine if we had just gotten our pizza “superfast” like they claim to be. the garlic bread was good tho. i accidentally dropped my garlic bread. :(
Oh no.....stepped in and we was wondering why so many was just looking at the counter while waiting on their order; I then asked "how long the wait ?" .....she replied "15 to 20 mins". Of course no explanation of why the long wait was given or drink was offered if we stayed.Driving from PG to Culpepper and stop here at my favorite place was very disappointing but the newer Mod on Rt 50 was excellent.
Great pizza. Staff has always been friendly over the course of many years, with many changes during that time. Speaks volumes about how they run the place and keep a great culture. This is a regular stop for us.
It was my 1st time at this restaurant but I really liked the idea of it and the service was very. The pizza was good and there were lots of toppings to choose from.
Went with the wife and our 2 boys. The toddler had the cake while the rest of us shared a mini and 2 regular ones with the thick crust. Great casual atmosphere and lightning fast service. As for the pizza the flavors and quality both were great. And we will definitely be back here mamy times!
Been here a couple of times with no issues. But tonight I don't know if they are just having a bad day or what. Customer service is horrible. Rude young people up front. This place looked absolutely trashed. All of the tables were dirty, trash cans completely overfilled as well as trash all over the floor (cups napkins, even empty boxes), all of the drinks at the juice station empty. This place looked horrible tonight. Definitely need to do some training. It was so bad i didnt even enjoy or finish my meal. Gladly left and went next door to grab some food.
