Worse customer service. Surprised they even have 3 stars. Went to the drive thru and then guy didn’t greet me just wanted my order so I just decided to go in. Wasn’t any better I ordered on the kiosk but paid at the counter and the manager I assumed ( bc he was wearing a different shirt then everyone else) rang me up and also didn’t greet me and just gave me my food and rushed off and didn’t tell me to have a good day and ignored me twice when I said thank you and finally replied the 3rd time. This isn’t the only terrible experience I’ve had at this location
Worst drive-thru experience I've had and from the looks of it I wasn't alone. The man working it tonight was not listening to guests properly, putting in orders incorrectly, and then talking over the guests. When it came time for me to order he put it in wrong and then argued with a co-worker for a minute. Following that was maybe 2 minutes of ruffled mic noises and then an order completion screen. Except I wasn't done nor was what he put in correct to begin with.I would strongly reconsider this employee because multiple people including myself drove off in frustration. (06/18/22 10PM)
I got yelled at by the old lady manager at 2:30am because I asked her if my DoorDash customer’s order was ready. It was one medium fry. That’s literally it. One. Medium. Fry. After she finished whatever menial task she was doing she realized they didn’t have any French fries prepared. So she dropped fries and went into the back room the entire time while the two other workers had to work the front window and kitchen. A surreal experience to be sure.
They took the Happy out of Happy Meals. Even though I ordered through the app to streamline the process and minimize error, they still got the order wrong (leaving out one of my kids' Happy Meals). When I went in to get the missing item, the guy insisted they had given all of them. I told them we were missing a 6-count nuggets. They pulled together the Happy Meal and gave me a coupon for a free item; I grabbed the items, thanked the people and rushed out because we were running late. It wasn't until we were driving away that I realized they gave us 4-count nuggets, not 6; the coupon for the free item had already expired, and they had forgotten to give two of the three Happy Meal toys. All around terrible experience.
My orders always be messed up. No matter how many times I repeat myself and itll be right on the menu screen. Its still always wrong. I always have to stoo and double check my order cause its wrong. But the food is fresh. I dont get old food and cold fries except late at night. So if you go during prime time hours of business, your food will be fresh. And if you dont order modified items your gonna love it here. Good luck!!
This is the worst McDonald'sI have ever been to. It happens to be just down the street so I have been there a lot. Each time I tell myself never go back, but I do and I regret it every time. They are incredibly slow, no matter how busy. When they get your order wrong, don't expect any kind of customer service either.
Just what you'd expect from a McDonald's. They get busy but the drive through is pretty fast.
Worst customer service ever. Manager with really bad attitude. My kids wants the new happy meal toys, so I went in try to make sure they have them. After standing at counter for 20 minutes, finally got attention from the manager, she refused answering questions and told me she is busy lolllll.
Service was very slow in the Drive-Thru expect to wait at least 10 minutes however Services a lot faster if you go inside so I have started doing that be sure to check your order before you leave it's a hit miss or whether your order will be correct
Took 45 minutes to get the food using the App and curbside pickup. Actually had to go inside to get my food. Priority was to drive-thru and not processing orders as they came in i.e. my order before someone in the drive-thru who ordered AFTER receiving my order. Glad I checked the bag as I was missing one of my items.
