The person taking the order couldn't understand what I was ordering when they brought the order out it was wrong we ordered original style chicken when I got home and opened the boxes one wasCrispy and the othere box the chicken was so greasy couldn't eat it
I never knew that fried chicken could taste like cardboard paper.
We ordered an eight piece meal here today, with two sides. Everything was fine. Four vehicles in line ahead of us, and we spent less than seven minutes from the time the order was placed at the pedestal to the time she handed it to us through the window. I do not see the problems here that people keep referencing. The food was good and the service was good. What more do you want?
Me and my kids have been eating here since 2006. Starting 2021, the food has been nothing but dry and rock hard (my kids can agree too). It feels as if the food was sitting, waiting for hours to be served. I am not coming back to the Gainesville KFC.
It needs investment.
It says they close at 11pm but if you go there at 10:30 they are already closed. You can see the workers in there cleaning and they just ignore you. If you close at 10:30 then just put accurate information on the website.
Very slow customer service. Waited 15 minutes to give order.
