If I could give zero stars I would! This is by far the worst Jersey Mike’s I’ve ever been to. Worst customer service (unlike most where the team members are welcoming, friendly, and respectful), and horrible quality of food! The guy making the sandwiches looked like he hated his life and it was apparent that the last thing he wanted to do was work. Grabbed the oldest bread- it was so old it was crumbling and hard as a rock, acted like a burden to fix his mistakes. Left and went to the one in Manassas where the service is outstanding! Horrible! Horrible! Horrible!!

They slice the meat so thin it just dissolves in your mouth! The food is dangerously good in that you can eat a LOT lol
Guys working acted like they really didn't want to be there. Sandwich was alright, customer service could be a whole lot better.

Long time customers ...my wife and i ordered our usual tonight..big kahuna cheesesteaks..they were awful !...taste like something we could have made at home with steakumms.dry and very disappointing
Food was okay. Nothing to write home about. Floor and tables were dirty and sticky. Employees were standing around talking to each other when they could have been tidying up.
Employee was extremely rude! I was denied service due to a medical condition. This is clearly a violation of my rights under the ADA. I will be filing a lawsuit.
I had never been to one before. The first half of my sub was great. The second half was inedible. Bread was rock hard and had to throw it away :(
