We've ordered from Hunan Cafe multiple times and we're always impressed by the food. It's within walking distance from us and our order is always ready by the time we arrive which is perfect! I tried the wonton soup today and I'm so glad I did! I ordered a small and was surprised by the size. The seasme chicken and fried rice is my go to order. The sweet and sour chicken is also good! I don't know what the 1 star reviews are about, I've never been disappointed by this restaurant and would highly recommend you give it a try!

HIGHLY impressed with the portion, freshness, and taste of the dish. Food came out within reasonable time. The customer service from the moment I walked in to when I left was very attentive. Prices are equally reasonable. Restaurant and bathroom are clean! I recommend this place and will be coming back.
So I called to order and a kind gentleman took my order and then a woman came to confused my order and demand I paid tip to driver or my food would not be delivered I am going to call all corporate office to find out if it’s legal to address customer in such mannerisms so I can understand my rights legally. Such unprofessional behavior
NEGATIVE STARS! First time I ordered food, delivery took almost an hour; I ordered on the phone and they called back asking for a tip even though I had already included it. The “chef’s special” general tso’s “chicken” was just sggy breading and I only found maybe 6 pieces of actual chicken at most. After almost 50 minutes of waiting, there was no apology and just a pathetic “we’re busy.” I’m never ordering from Hunan Cafe again and I don’t recommend you do either.
ZERO STARS. Will never order delivery again. I was charged a tip I did not agree too. When I called about I was told “I must not have heard right” no ma’am I told you my tip of choice you said ok and hung up. Always check your receipts. If there is a “minimum Tip” which I’ve never heard of in my life - then that needs to be told to the customer not after and then told they’re wrong. Worst customer service ever. Don’t argue with your customers with so much attitude that you’d think a 12 year old is answering the phone.Edit.I don’t appreciate being insulted or your insinuating choice of words. Why would I bother to write a review of something if I had agreed? If I had agreed I would not have called to complain or bothered with a review. Don’t bother with your “credit” I will not be returning as a customer. 1st and last experience was enough for me. I don’t expect a refund my complaint was on the pure principle of the fact that your cashier in blatant fact stole from me. Also your comment of a $1 difference now makes me want to check my bank account as it was only a .50 difference. When I called to complain I told your cashier I wasn’t going to gripe or demand a refund of fifty cents but simply to tell her that if you are going to charge someone something OTHER than what they agreed too they need to be notified ahead of time. Not rushed off the phone and argued with after the fact. I was NOT told anything about a minimum ever. I understand loyalty to your staff but maybe read up these other reviews it seems I’m not the only person she has disrespected and I’d expect a call from the Better Business Bureau if I was you. Theft is theft at the end of the day no matter how you cut it.
Ordered orange chicken and general tso with fried rice today. The food is not good. Fried rice is literally not fried. It appears to have only soy sauce added for color but it doesn't even taste like soy sauce. Plus, they charge extra $2 for fried rice. Maybe some really bad generic imitation sauce. You're better off just getting plain rice and adding your own soy sauce. I had to recook it with eggs when I get home. General Gso and Orange chicken had a very unpleasant favor. The bill was $31 and it was way too expensive for bad food. I will advise everyone to stay away

I love their food, but the service was so disappointing. Even though I am within delivery range, they said that I needed to pay extra in tip because of the distance. I always give 20% tips or more to drivers, so this was incredibly frustrating to hear. I will never order from this location again.
This place was great. The food was delicious and was ready super fast! The staff were nice and the portions were very generous. I read the reviews before coming and I know a lot of the one star reviews are just wrong. I love how professional the owner was with his replies so I decided to eat and write a review after, which I have never written a reviews for any restaurant before. The food was great and I'm happy to make this my first review.
The front desk customer service girl is always messing up my order, but this last one I couldn’t take it anymore, I had to drive back to the restaurant to return the food. The worst is that she never apologizes, always claiming right. Even with her mistake she asked me to pay $5 difference of the food which I agreed even though I jokingly asked her who pays for my second trip gas back to her restaurant, the next thing she did was to start speaking her language to her colleagues or maybe her parents sitting down there and then said she can’t also loose in her business. When she is the one that got my order wrong. I purchased three different kinds of food and told her two each that came out to be six orders but one she made a different kind to add to my seafood combination. My kids love their food and it will take me time to go back there again.
