Best run dunkin donuts I've been to. Nice people, fast, friendly.
Pretty good place, been there three times in the past two days, only issue is staff focus on one occasion, and stale donuts towards the end of the day, watch out for the buy 6 get 6 free…
Gave this place another try after not going for over a year due to extremely slow service. Slow again this morning, and they left out a sandwich that I paid for. The staff isn’t necessarily rude, but they’re not friendly, either. They were very confused, and couldn’t figure out if my order was mine. Not surprising that part of it was left out. Won’t be going back to this location, unfortunately.
Terrible establishment. 5 separate times I’ve ordered a coffee with oatmilk and less ice, everytime i’ve been given an entire cup full of ice with regular cream instead of oatmilk (which I cannot have). Very unsatisfied and am not planning on coming to this location for the remainder of my existence.
I did a mobile order, I only live 5 minutes away by the time I got there my order was ready. I was very happy with the service and the young lady at the window.
This place is usually always great, the staff is always very sweet and helpful, even with the storm of chaos that is my four children whenever we decide to go in. However, today this review will be more critically constructive. I went through the drive through, I ordered 4 iced lattes, 4 omelet bites, and 3 donuts. I waited at the end of the driveway for the food, and an employee came out with two of the omelet bites (not 4, and forgot the donuts), and I told her that I ordered 4 omelet bites and also 3 donuts. So they got the order wrong, no big deal, but she then proceeded to go on and on correcting me in a demeaning way as if I don't understand basic math and then awkwardly stared at me for a few seconds before she finally decided to fix the problem. She must be new as I've never seen her there before. The lady who took my order was a darling as usual, the lady who took my payment - super sweet - but the new girl, dear Jesus. If Dunkin' accepts this type of attitude from their employees to their customers, I can save the money and make organic homemade egg bites at home for cheaper. Granted, the girl didn't charge me for fixing the order, but I would have rather not started off my day with such negativity.
Fantastic customer service. Store was closing down for the night and I felt bad going in but I'd rather have a cup of coffee from Dunkin than 7 eleven. So I went in and the guy at the counter was beyond friendly and made me a fresh cup of coffee.
I’ve ordered a ‘plain non toasted bagel’ for my child about 4 separate times. Every single time I have received a plain non toasted bagel filled with cream cheese…which my child can not have. Very unhappy.
Our drink was made wrong, and the worker was really rude about it. Also had to pull up to the service window to get my order since there was no response at the drive thru area when pulling up
I called right before closing and asked if they still had pink donuts. My kid had a rough day today. They stayed open for me to get there and took care of my order for me completely unexpected and unnecessary. Just really amazing service and experience. Thank you to the staff tonight for making my kids day a lot brighter!
