Coffee is good but they never toast the bagels like come on quality over Quantity

I used the mobile app so my order would be ready when I arrived. Not only was it not ready, customers who came in and ordered in person after I arrived received their orders and left. I had to ask about my order only to find out it was among three in front of the register, it hadn't been started and they were out of the donut I ordered. You are better off not using the app at this store.
DD used to be my favorite donuts and the coffee was great. It was disappointing this time. Coffee was watery and half the icing on my donut was gone when I opened it.

Greetings,We were at this location and purchase donuts, coffee and refreshers for my kids. After we finished eating, my 6 and 8 year old children were in the bath room. Two of the employees were working at that evening of June 18th around 8pm EST turned off the lights of the entire store including the bath room. I ask them to turn on light, but they shouted at me saying they can't turn on the lights and they need leave. My kids were using the bath in the dark.This was really horrifying situation for me and the kids. They always make their drinks way too sweet even when asked to us unsweetened surp.
