Haven’t had Dominos in over 15 years. Ordered today and just like the last time, pizza was cold and looked like the inside of the box, delivery persons car was disgusting inside . I threw the pizza directly into the trash . I will never order a Dominos pizza again! Also the “ manager” of the store was no help.
I place an order at 10:50pm. My order contained extracheese pizza, spinach, been and mushrooms. However when the driver got to my place, she had the wrong pizza. They did not added thet correct ingredients. When I opened the pizza and saw that that wasn't the pizza I ordered I called the manager in Gainesville. He said that it wasn't his problem and hang up on me 4 times. I tried to call multiple times later they hang up on me all the times. I paid 40 dollars for a pizza I threw away. Really bad service. Awful management
Great customer service. Dropped my cheesy bread on the floor and they made me an extra in under 10 minutes
Never had a bad pizza out of the pizza chains in the area by far the most consistent and best and also get free pizza as well as curbside delivery.
Cathy the manager said per her GM Arlene she can’t take my order over the phone for a deal they normally offer by calling in. She said do it online. :-( did not have access to internet to take advantage of the deal the offer. Poor service and lazy managers! Took my business to Papa Jones!
All my interactions with this store have always been positive. Even if they forget the Buffalo sauce on my Buffalo chicken pizza. It’s dominos, not the best but certainly good enough.
