This is hands down the best chipotle I’ve ever had. The customer service was also awesome. I didn’t have to beg and plead for extra rice like I normally do; the woman who served me (she was Hispanic, wearing black glasses and had on a hat with a bun, middle aged woman 6/16/2022 at around 4pm) rice obliged my request with a sweet smile. THANK YOU!!!!!!!!

Went into location and ordered 4 meals to go. Hot food items were cold within the 7 minutes of getting home. Chicken and steak was dry and flavorless. They were out of several items. I could usually overlook most of that but on top of it the Staff was rude and seemed bothered to do their job. Will not be back would rather drive to Manassas and give Cafe Rio my 60+$ weekly.

Didn't even bother with refunding my order even though I didn't touch my food at all. 19$ for a bowl with extra steak and guac is robbery. Was refunded the 5$ for the steak, it seriously should be written on the menu that extra meat would be charged. Food tasted exactly like what I can make at home. If you want good food at a cheaper price, go to the Cava right across the street

It’s very difficult to talk to the person making your food. They usually can’t hear me, and when they can hear, they’re not good at responding. I get the feeling they’re not used to talking since their process is so simple.2. They could benefit from being a little happier. Throwing food into a bag and rushing through each customer gives me the feeling that they’re unhappy employees.

Stood in line for 20 minutes (5th in line). Customer in front of me said their system is down so taking cash or online purchases only. When the couple in front of me began ordering, the person who starts the order moved down to where there were four other people in the online order section. There were five people down there and it looked like a three-ring circus. I think they were discussing an order. In the meantime I noticed how dirty the grill was, black and it was smoking because it was too hot and their was too much oil or remnants from meats cooked there. I recall smelling something burning when I got out of my car. Thought it was something else but realize now it was their grill. I walked out after seeing that. The place did not look at all clean like I had seen Chipotle’s before. I was very disappointed in that and the very poor service. Don’t think I would go back to the Gainesville location again.

This is the 3rd and last time I order in this chipotle. I order a bowl with brown rice. Lettuce steak and tomatoes and a side of guacamole and chips. The bowl had everything but what I wanted, the guacamole had cheese and lettuce mixed in the cup and also the guacamole was super black, the chips were basically tortillas. They never put utensils or napkins.. so disappointed

What I wish is for more chipotles in Canada. Why did I come to the US in the first place? For work? No, it was for the mass amount of choice fast food. Chipotle, I guess you fall in the category. It has the same consistent ring at each location. Parking is a medium, service is a medium, rush hour hasn’t been a problem. The food though, the food is next level-out-of-this-world-I-could-spend-a-pandemic-here kinda deal. Ill tell generations above the border of the experience I had here.

Horrible nasty place. My son ate it and immediately became sick and ended up in pediatric ICU we are currently in hospital right now. Its been 4 days. It gave him seizures and temporary memory lost and he almost died. Contaminated food. He got the adenovirus from either one of the employees or contaminated food they had. Don't eat here EVER!!! Especially if you value your life. If anyone else has experienced this let me know and been diagnosed by hospital or go their if you feel sick from eating at this gainesville va location

I ordered food and found this after I have eaten some already. I called the Chipotle in Gainesville Va and after I called 15 times I finally got through and they said “we haven’t had any other complaints so that’s hard to believe” LIKE WHAT! Hard to believe I have a picture of the wing in my food.
