This is one of the busiest Chik-fil-A’s I’ve ever seen, which is saying something because they’re all always busy, right?! They handle the traffic as well as they can but the location just makes it worse. You’ll find yourself looping around the shop to get into line and waiting to get out. It just isn’t in any way quick or convenient here and they lose a star for that. The other star is for having to wait almost 20 minutes for my order AFTER I went through the drive through and then they brought the wrong order to my car and had to go back again for the right order. This is at lunchtime on a weekday - I just don’t have time for that and I’m betting you don’t either. Avoid at peak hours for sure.
We go here all the time. I reviewed this location some time ago when things had really gone down hill and our orders were messed up every time. Well, they improved and things were going really well for a while, until recently. We're noticing what we hope doesn't become another trend.... last night we received only 1 of 2 fries ordered and this morning only 1 of 2 hashbrowns ordered. So I'm reviewing again in the hopes they can get this sorted out soon.
The fact they tell you AFTER you've paid that you'll have to pull ahead to park and then wait an EXTRA 10 minutes before you actually get your food is GHETTO. ...drive the extra 2 miles to the Haymarket location which has much better service.
Chic-Fil-A's service is always beyond expectations!! We were forced to wait a bit longer than necessary. They were quite apologetic and made up for the extra time we had to wait. We were traveling through so this kindness was deeply appreciated! Also, Josh is amazing! God bless this business :)
This place sucks big time nice airport well kept but security even after you have gone thru first security check to enable be inside the passenger area they still search you for boarding your flight and seat are limited ,my two flights were full try to stay for next day flight when to stay and sleep in a empty boarding area a officer very rude woke me up to ask for my passport like if I am a bump staying at the airport VIP rooms were all full try to get one bed but was full in resume this place those not have confidence that there first security check point those not fullfil security confidence they make you more search on you and your personal belongings I have better respect for Costa Rica airports that the one in el Salvador I will try to avoid going thru this airport next time!
the order was wrong, we had ordered 2 sandwiches a #1 and a #2 and somehow we got two #2 sandwiches and I have a pepper intolerance so I am going to be very sick in a few hours thank you oh and no napkins in the bag. Here is a picture of it as well to show how there was no label put on it and the box looks like it just got out of a fist fight I’m very disappointed you guys used to be the best Chick-fil-A
Normally you guys are on it, but today my breakfast burrito looked and tasted like it was made three weeks ago and warmed up before you handed it to me. I’ll know better than to stop by this Chick-fil-A for breakfast ever again. Smh
•The food is excellent– exactly what you would expect from any Chick-fil-A.•The staff are extremely polite and attentive. Chick-fil-A's staff are the most courteous and polite out of any of the fast food establishments, and this location is no different.•Even during their rush hours, with there being literal lines wrapping around the restaurant, you can expect surpringly fast service.•They even offer dine-in service during the COVID-19 pandemic! All staff have Chick-fil-A branded masks. (They have cow stripes, which are amusing. Moo.)
I exclusively listen to “closed on sunday” when i rip chic fil a. The sound and the food combo never ceases to amaze. Their deluxe burger and chicken strips are magical, and have no comparison. I never have a worry about it being over-breaded or dry. The drive through situation is something of a maze, so watch out for that one.
Service is as expected here as with any CFA- great...just 2 pet peeves...they hardly ever fill the fries all the way and typically place sauces and ketchup on top of all your food...making the fries even flatter. Come on...its the little things.
