Completely unprofessional, the man who opened up this morning spoke with a very rude demeanor. After adding one item to our order. He tried to move us along we attemped to tell him we'd like to order more but he actively kept pushing us to the 2nd window. After a small back and forth he then proceeded to scold us for not making it clearer for him. The people here are a joke.
Closing time is very inconsistent experienced that many many times. Waited in the drive-through line for 25 minutes to place an order. Neither the line was moving nor there was an indication they were not taking any order on Saturday at 5 p.m. Poor management and inconsistent closing times.I am willing to speak to corporate, feel free to reach me for additional details.
My husband went to this location, ordered 2 of the 2for2 breakfast sandwich deals, we were supposed to get 4 sandwiches and 3 orders of hashrounds. We only got 2 sandwiches and the hashrounds weren't even half full. Tried calling several times. Just voicemail. This is ridiculous!! We will not go back to this location. Such horrible service!
You get what you expect. Done correctly. The fries were exceptional this time.
I have given this place one chance after another. They PURPOSELY mess with your food. I arrived at 7:30, they close at 8. By 7:55 when I finally got food IT WASNT MINE. I went back through, told them how I ordered the BIG KING XL, specifically said not bacon king. I get home, and it's the bacon king. They had TWO opportunities and messed up both. They are just bitter about people coming through close to closing time and they want to mess up their food since nobody answers the phone to take complaints.
Went here and there was this weird guy named Steven who was bothered by me being quiet? I'm just trying to get food I'm not here for small talk. Other than that experience, the food was good.
The restaurant was clean, service was good, but my Whopper was anything but. The hamburger was very thin and dry, one very small and thin sliced tomato, lots of mayo, and the bun was generous but you had to open the bun to see the meat and search for the tomato. Burger was cold, no flaming broil hamburger, and not worth the price of the combo meal. I went to the Burger King in Gainesville twice before during the pandemic and the Whopper was big, juicy, and delicious, but this time it wasn't. Won't go back and I don't recommend.
This place has a lot of flaws. You'd assume that things would improve over time.The day is today, Thanksgiving. It's understandable that working on a holiday is unpleasant, but lying to your customers and claiming that you are closed is far worse. It's a pain, but truly, your service needs to be fixed. Ate there for a quick lunch today. The location was very clean and the food was excellent. Very fresh and came out quick. Shiraz? (Manager) was very courteous and did a great job helping out with filling drive-thru orders.
Mobile order works, service was very friendly, and food was hot and tasty. Better than most locations
