BWW has not been an establishment that I frequent very often. But now I will be, as I was so impressed by the service of Gracie and Kenneth at the Gainesville BWW (Saturday evening 6/4).They went out of their way to serve and ensure our large party was more than happy... I have never been so taken care of at a restaurant.There were a few unruly customers (which were not allowed to be there for long) who they handled very gracefully and with the utmost amount of courtesy.I cannot recommend Kenneth and Gracie more.
Consistently late with every order I’ve placed there. I placed an order this morning, and the system said that it would be ready at 11. I looked online, and it says that the store opens at 11.Before, I’ve usually placed my orders online at about 5 PM each day. It will say that the food will be ready at a certain time, and the store has been consistently late by about 20 minutes every single time when I compare the time with the time that it gave me online.
Terrible. I had a carry out order and not only was it cold but they forgot my celery, carrots and blue cheese. It really tasted great ya know, eating my boneless wings that were half covered in sauce.... and they wanted like 15 dollars for it as well.
This restaurant is a mess. Our server was too tied and made several mistakes with the order. We ordered the meal for me, my wife, and son, but they brought the first meal, then 25 mins later, second and third. They also messed up our wings and drink order. The server charge my credit and gave me the wrong receipt.
Seemed short staffed, but the crew handled it as best they could. Please be patient. But still the wild were good. I usually get the desert heat. Nice balance.
Just ok food, very salty..sub par. Fair priced mid-day lunch specials. The place was pretty empty for lunch, so the service was great!
Hey @BWWings we ate at your Gainesville, VA store tonight, and just wanted to let you know our server ROSE or Rocio on the slip, was OUTSTANDING! She was hustling and deserves a raise and a promotion. Super friendly, awesome server!
To begin if I would be able to give 0 starts I would. I don’t recommend this place to anyone. When we walked in there was no host we had to wait. Then the host started being super rude to us it seemed like she hated her job and didn’t want to be there.
Great food and service. I loved the atmosphere and staff here. I give credit to the staff who are able to do a lot despite being short staffed. Food was excellent overall. Only issue we had was one of the chicken dishes tasted dry. Besides that, everything else was great.
Just okay food but for the price they're charging not really worth it. Takes a little bit for basic wings to even get all the kitchen. And the sauce on the wings was very very light that we had to ask for extra sauce. We had to keep asking for basic stuff like towels, plates, one of our orders was missing, we even had to catch the waitress to even get a refill because she wouldn't come around and see how we are doing. Only giving it a two-star instead of a one star because the wings were just okay, not horrible. I'd rather go to another rival wing place than this.
