The best meal on my travels. Gave my sisters and I a fine oasis after picking one up at Dulles and travel out at a busy time of say. We each ordered a different special of the day, along with a wonderful appetizer of "crab fries" to start us off! Yum! Yum! Yum!! The chef came out and checked us to see how we were enjoying the meal. We gave unanimous glowing reports.
Went there for dinner with my wife. Even though we did not have reservations, we were seated promptly. Samantha(Sam)was our waitress and she was very friendly. We ordered an appetizer and drinks. It took longer than normal for them to come and they ended up comping them. We ordered dinner and ate the appetizers. I had ordered a Sirloin steak med rare. When I got it, it was way overcooked. Sam took it back and ordered another one. We aren't ones to complain and this wasn't Sam's fault at all. She isn't the cook and can't control the back of the house. When my new steak came out, it was perfect. Best steak I have had in awhile. Spoke with the manager Cheyenne and she was great. So 5 stars to Sam and Cheyenne, but only 2 stars for the cook. All in all we had a very pleasant experience. Will be back soon.

One of the best chains out there. Our server was very personable, friendly, and curated the meal choices my son and I were considering. More chains could learn about service from the way this Bonefish Grill operates.

The crabs cakes had no consistency, was an ugly presentation of the platter. the waiter told us a happy hour price and then changed us full price, because supposedly was over.I am not recommended this place..
Been to this location so many times. Love the service the area and the food is always amazing. Never had a bad experience. Love the new menu items also.
Food was really good, waitress was nice. Host was a little snooty - we didn't have reservations for non-weekend lunch, not busy at all in dining room but he seated us at limited table spaces in bar area right in front of door, where it was COLD!
When we pulled up, this spot didn't look too exciting. But once we were inside, we had a great experience. Everyone working here was great. Our server was Sabrina. She was really personable and took great care of us. One thing that I found interesting this late in the year was several items on the menu still have cranberries. My cosmo had cranberries and we ended the meal with cranberry and white chocolate cookies! Steaks were great! Very happy here!
Good food & the portions was just enough. Service was wonderful!
