Super busy but service was fast
Go to this wendy's once every two weeks. Always the drive thru.Can always depend on spending 20 to 30 mins.in drive thru lane. Always the same explanation from employees, " the computers are slow today."Hey Mr. Franchise owner, look at the drive thru receipts. If times are 10 15 20 minutes apart, fix the problem.Slow computers or slow employees, you are losing thousands a day.Chick-filet across the street is looking good.Man you see their drive thru rolling. I think I may eat more chicken.
Surprise 5 stars do happen in the wild still. Try the Spicy Honey whatever chicken sandwich before it's gone. This location does their best work between lunch and dinner rushes before 4 pm.
Rude, rushing, and wrong times 10! Went there months ago and had to call corporate with no resolve. My order was wrong, and my toddler was hungry so I took the order in. The manager took the food then said she could not give me a refund because I ordered online after being nasty and walking off without asking me what I had. I just left! Ironically, other customers left as well and told me to call corporate. Still no refund or allocation for the $25+. Received text from a "manager" who's never at the store!Fast forward: Gave them another try last week with family and same thing. The male taking orders was lazy. Manager had attitude with my husband because our drive thru order was completely wrong. Then she just threw it out the window. It must be a thing because a worker came to the window to correct it all. Would be 0 but the food was hot and fresh??♀️
Is a great place in town to eat
Supposed to be open till 10 pm lobby locked fries were cold and soggy so much for better fries than McDonald's drive thru was open! 3 rd time now had issues each time! 3 strikes you're out!
This place serves the best food by far, and all the employees that work here know there job and why they’re doing , I give this place a 10/10 for their hard work and commitment
This like many Wendy's is horribly dated. This really drags down the experience because things are so old even clean restaurants appears dirty.The big downside for us is there is no family option in restrooms to allow for changing an infant. Seemed like English was a second language. Burgers were made very sloppy but were at least they were fresh and hot.They could be so much better, the Chick-fil-A across parking lot was loaded, no reason Wendy's shouldn't do better. Painful to write, I've been a life long Wendy's patron.
The drive through was slammed busy tried the app for the heck of it and was in and out faster than the line moved. Plus the lady doing the order was so nice and friendly.
served me cold food. Customer service was even worse than cold French fries when I called for a refund. Clearly a well-run establishment.
