I ordered online and waited 30mins to get my order! Whoever owns this place needs to hire someone to mange this place!Not only that they had orders sitting in the counter and weren’t even calling names. Thanks for my watered down smoothie! last time I come back!
I always love there smoothies haven't had one I didn't like so far. And there food is smaller quantity but delicious.
25 minutes for them to forget about my order and not even make my food till I had to complain like some people have limited time for them to have a lunch hour this is just ridiculous the people who work here need to be retrained or the whole lot fired
It’s one thing to raise the prices but to lower quality of service is ludicrous. I waited for 25 minutes for a sandwich, as I’m waiting 2 customers that came in after me left 10-15 minutes before I received my food. Very poor service.
I came 2 hours before close and the staff had an attitude/were sitting on their phones ignoring us and when i got my drink it wasn’t even made correctly. I’ve gotten the mocha madness almost every time i’ve gone and when i got it, there were coffee grounds in my drink. It was so bad I couldn’t even tolerate drinking it. I used to love this tropical smoothie but now i probably won’t be back considering it was an overall terrible experience.
As always the staff is very friendly and the food always taste fresh.

I won’t be back. This was a favorite but it’s gone downhill. Our last visit, the restaurant looks less inviting, not well kept. After placing our order, the order taker asked my name for the order, which I repeated 3 times, R I C K…. He seemed to understand. After 10+ minutes, a smoothie order was ready, the smoothie maker kept calling: Britney! No answer. They asked what my order was and it was my order. We waited a few more minutes and finally asked about our sandwiches? They said there is no order for Rick, just an order for Britney that no one claimed. Of course, it was my order and it was cold. How do you get Britney from Rick? If they can’t get names correct use a number system like other restaurants.
I took my kids for a smoothie and a snack. This location had great customer service, was very clean and most of all our drinks and snacks were very yummy. The kids got the Jetty Junior smoothies, I got a Bahama Mama smoothie and we all shared the peanut butter banana crunch flat bread. Omg that was sooo yummy. We will definitely be back.
Not as cheap as fast food but the wraps and casedillas and smoothies are well worth it
