Order the turkey bacon ranch sandwich. I've never had such a mangled sandwich before. It was so messy I could barely eat it, on top of that there was only ranch and lettuce in it. Seemed like a 2 year old tried to make it, absolutely ridiculous. Never going back.
I love going to this chain. This particular one is small but nice and clean. With COVID-19 being a thing now, you can't eat inside but the staff is fully masked and wear gloves. Can't say the same for the customers despite signage stating to wear one. At this location, the staff is friendly and repeats your order back to you for accuracy. Never a complaint at this location for myself or my children. I'll be back once I'm in town again.
Worst place I’ve ever been to. Horrible staff and very disrespectful. Last time I went in there the whole store smelt like pot. Staff standing around on their phones not caring about a thing. Horrible work ethic And the kid named tee smelt like straight alcohol. I guess that’s what happens when you have 25 no good high schoolers working there. Won’t ever go there again very poor management. And the health inspector needs to take a look around because it looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in months, hope everyone else’s experiences have been better.
I need to make time to stop by here again (haven’t been in a while); However, the times I have gone I was always pleasantly surprised by the quality of the smoothies! I’ve never been a fan of smoothies (taste or texture) but something about Tropical Smoothie makes these drinks hard to put down! My go-to is the Island Green (not only a great quick source of vitamins but one that can get me feeling naturally energized.) With a wide selection of smoothies, available add ons, food, and professional staff I recommend stopping here if you’re looking for a healthy and energizing pick me up or a quick but filling refreshment/snack!
My daughter was kind enough to get a drink from this place. Don't know what they made but not a Bahama Mama. She went back and asked for a new drink. After getting the watery drink it tasted like a milkshake than a smoothie. Not going back to this very disappointing location.
very sketchy area I saw guys doing drugs in the parking lot and a home less lady asked me for money to “stay at a hotel ”I do not recommend. The smoothies overall were good and good service
In my opinion, they have some of the best smoothies in the state's. I had my first smootie( Bahama Mama ) at the one at gate way dr. behind the Wawa In Fredericksburg off Warrenton. Great servie, friendly staff, polite and professional. I drive from Washington D.C. to Fredericksburg every weekend to see my daughter. I stop at Tropical Smoothie Cafe...( It's a must, fir myself )....If you're reading this and happen to be going that way, and love smoothies, stop pass. You won't regret it. ♌???
Just ordered from this location and got chunks of ice in my smoothie. This location has consistently made subpar food and smoothies and this was my last visit.
Sister and I can to get smoothies at 8:30pm on a sunday when the hours clearly state that they close at 9pm. When we arrive , the open light is off. The door was unlocked so i walked in and they told me they were closing early. I asked for an explanation given that online and on thier window they close at 9. She told me they were understaffed and weren’t able to serve us because of this concern. There were 3!!!!! Workers behind the counter. we were very very disappointed with this outcome and service.
Literally just got some blended ice. Seems like they didn't want customers today. The Open sign was not on. Smh
